"Russel Thrush. Cardin Winchester. Dove Bronzewing. Sky Lark."
The screen in the auditorium showed each of their profiles as the boys were lined up for the applauding audience to see as Ozpin continued, "The four of you retrieved the black bishop pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team CRDL(Cardinal), led by... Cardin Winchester!"
The audience gave one more wave of ovation, while four students walked up to the stage to take their places in front of the headmaster as their faces filled the screen.
"Jaune Arc. Lie Ren. Pyrrha Nikos. Nora Valkyrie. The four of you retrieved the white rook pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team JNPR.(Juniper)"
Amid the clapping, Nora laughed and gave Ren a hug.
"Led by... Jaune Arc!" Ozpin finished.
"Huh? L-Led by...?" Jaune stammered.
"Congratulations, young man."
A grinning Pyrrha offered a friendly shoulder bump to Jaune, but her "fine leader" was knocked over and fell to his butt in front of the laughing audience.
"And finally: Blake Belladonna. Eclipse Tooru-Sai. Ruby Rose. Weiss Schnee. Yang Xiao Long." He motioned over the five as they stood before him. "The five of you retrieved the white knight pieces. From this day forward, you will work together as Team RWBEY.(Ruby) Led by... Ruby Rose!"
Weiss looked to her right surprised, where Ruby was obviously in shock as Yang went over to hug her sister.
"I'm so proud of you!"
"Yeah, nice job. Fearless leader."
"It looks like things are shaping up to be an... interesting year," Ozpin commented amongst the last round of cheers.

"I call this bed." Eclipse pointed to the bed next to the door. "Don't touch my stuff without asking unless you want to lose a finger. But don't worry, I'll let you choose."
She then smiled and gathered her toiletries walking into the bathroom.
"That never gets any less terrifying." Ruby shivered.
"I'm so lucky she's a dog person," Yang said looking down, genuinely scared for once. "Otherwise I wouldn't have my ring finger..."
"Wait, she's not kidding?!" Weiss exclaimed worriedly. Yang and Ruby quickly shook their heads no. "I'm teammates with a psychopath."
"Well goodnight everyone." Eclipse got in her bed and quickly fell asleep.
Needless to say Blake and Weiss didn't fall asleep for a while after that.
