PROM part 1.

Gina's POV

Today is the big day. I can't believe I'm going to prom. I never thought I'd even go to prom but I'd always imagined what my prom would be like, the dress I'd wear, what my date would wear, what color would we decide on the whole nine.

I have been treated like such a princess. My family is so cool with everything. My Uncle wanted to pay for my dress and he wanted a professional photographer so they can take pictures. My mom paid Courtney to do my hair and make up which I thought was so sweet because she's taken two days off work just to help me get ready. I'm glad my mom hooked her up. Another thing that's so cool is how my mom loves Ej. My Uncle Will and Aunt Pam likes Ej. Ej earned my Uncle's respect because before he asked me to prom he asked my Mom and Uncle Will for permission to ask me. I couldn't believe that he did that. But I thought it was so sweet of him.

Although my mom, my uncle couldn't be here they are technically here. They are on Skype on my computer talking to me. But we are all on mute right now because everyone is at work at the moment.

Courtney just finished with my hair. I did a romantic low bun with my hair in two nieces on each side in front of my face down in romantic curls. Now she's starting on my make up.

"I love your family. Your Uncle Will reminds me of Uncle Phil from the Fresh Prince or Bel Air" Courtney joked making me laugh

"Literally he's like Uncle Phil" I said laughing

"A richer Uncle Phil, he is going all out" Courtney said

"I know, in his words " you're' my only niece. I spare no expense"" I said mocking him

"Has he met Ej yet?" Courtney asked

"He did actually. You know he asked my mom and my uncle permission to ask me out first before he came to me to ask" I said

"Awww Ej........he's a real one" Courtney said emotionally

"I know. I thought it was so sweet of him. My Uncle said I like that young man. He has my respect" I said mocking my uncle again

"That's so cute. Ej and you are going to look the best at Prom. Prom King and Queen" Courtney bragged

"Courtney I know I'm going to bug you again but thank you for everything.I just truly appreciate you" I said

"Gi how many times do I need to say you're welcome and it's no problem. You're my girl for life. No matter where you are we are always going to be tight. Im going to miss you so much when you leave." Courtney said

"Im going to miss you too. You and Ash have been my rock and my big sisters here. I couldn't have lasted as long as I have without you both. I've never and will never have greater friends....really sisters. Im an only child. I look to you and Ash like my sisters. I love y'all so much" I said trying not to get emotional

"Stop it Gi, I'm going to cry and mess up your make up. Don't do that to me" Courtney said

"I'm sorry, okay I promise I'll stop" I said then my phone went off

"Saved by the bell" Courtney said passing me my phone it was Ej. I put him on speaker.

"Hey Babe" I answered

"Babe, are you getting ready?" He asked me

"Yes, I'm getting my make up done now with Courtney" I said "are you getting dressed?" I asked him

"I just got back from getting my hair cut. I'm getting ready now" Ej said

"Seriously? It's almost 6 and we still have to take our pictures " I said looking at my phone time
