The next day, (Y/n) was in her room counting all the money she has been saving for a long time. She saw that she nearly had enough to get everything she wanted for the summer. She planned on renting a lot of movies, buying some board games, books, etc. She couldn't wait for summer to come. All she had to do was survive the last few days of school and she will have the summer vacation she's been planning for a long time. After she was done counting, she made sure that her door was locked and went to go hide her secret stash. She hid her money behind her books. Once she knew her money was safe, she grabbed a magazine that she had with her. She skipped a few pages until she found the page she was looking for. It was a clothing magazine and she admired the page with the clothes she's always wanted. (Y/n) was admiring the cardigan that came along with a white dress-shirt, a nice skirt, and it can come in different colors. (Y/n) new that if shelved enough money, then she could be able to afford it. Alastor stood behind her and saw the outfit that she admired. He got an idea from looking at the picture of the outfit. With the snap of his fingers, he summons a notepad and pencil as he writes down what the outfit looks like and has chosen the right color that will work for (Y/n). He knew that (Y/n) will be happy about it when she get the outfit of her dreams.
Later that day, everyone except for Maddie was in the living relaxing. (Y/n) was reading a book with Alastor being in the shadows, Jason was finishing some homework because he saved it for the last minute, and Rebecca was watching something on tv. When things were still peaceful in the house, Rebecca suddenly stood up and turned up the volume on the tv.
Reporter: .....late last night, three convicts had escape the Crypt Hills prison. They were known for helping a man named Terrance-
Hearing Terrance's name, (Y/n) closed her book and turned her attention towards the tv, Jason did the same too.
Reporter: These three men many have helped create a deadly poison that killed local residence; Dallas Ross and his daughter Shannon Ross...
(Y/n) silent growl as she balled her hands into fists. She thought that the three men that helped Terrance would rot in jail, but she guessed that it wasn't enough. Rebecca saw that (Y/n) was glaring at the tv with the three men's mugshots on the screen. She quickly turns off the tv off and went to her daughter. She placed her hands on (Y/n)'s cheek. "I'm sorry, (Y/n). I know those men are part of the reason for Shannon's and Derrick's death, but don't worry. I know that the police will find them for sure." (Y/n) nods at her mother. Rebecca made sure that both of her children were listening to her. "I think its best that you both come straight home after school. I don't want you both out there if those men are still running out." Jason and (Y/n) didn't complain to Rebecca. They knew that she was only looking after her children, like any loving mother would do. Rebecca walked out make sure that Maddie got the news.
Night had come and it was time to go hunting with Alastor. (Y/n) made sure that her family was sleeping before she could sneak out. She quickly changed into black clothing for her to be able to run and move swiftly without struggling. She wore black gloves just in case and puts her hood on so no one would see her hair, but there was one problem, someone would recognize her face. She went into her closet to see if there was anything to disguise her face. "Come on, I know I've got to something in here." (Y/n) continued to search. Alastor puts his hand on her shoulder and present her with a mask. "I believe that this might hide your identity, my dear." (Y/n) was in awe at the details of the mask Alastor gave her. She smiled at him and placed the face on her face.
