Back at the V Tower, Vox was inside his office as he pressed his face against his huge aquarium. "Who's the best and biggest demon shark in the world? You are. You are. You're my little shock.wav." He cooed at his giant shark that appeared in front of him.
Velvette walks into his office. "This better be important, Vox. I was in a marketing meeting about which trends are worth killing over." She takes a seat as she scrolls through her phone. Valentino joins them with a female sinner holding onto him. Behind them was Stealth Bandit as she was playing his portable game console. "Oh, yeah, he likes to talk. But you don't have to listen, you can just focus on me, baby." Valentino had the female sinner on his lap as she giggled at him. Vox came up to them, looking rather annoyed. "I said to come alone, Val. Din-dins, sharky!" Vox then grabbed the sinner girl and threw her into the tank. His shark takes a bite out of her and eats her before she can escape.
"Hey, I was using that." Valentino said with an annoyed tone. I still can't believe that you have a giant fucking shark in your office." Stealth Bandit shivered at the shark. "Should I leave?" He asked. "You can stay. You take actual notes for Val anyway." Vox allowed him to stay as the 14-year-old took a seat.
Vox then walked back to his desk as he started the meeting. "I summoned you three here because we need to discuss some of your public... displays. " He gestured to Velvette. "Velvette, you can't just fuck with Carmilla Carmine in front of other overlords; it makes business harder."
"Well, hey, you're lucky I didn't skin the bitch. She was boring." Velvette looks at her nails. "I think she would skin you first with her pointy shoes." Stealth Bandit comments. Vox turns Valentino. "And Valentino, you cannot keep hitting Angel Dust in public. It's--" He lets out a small laugh. "No, it's-- It's not. It's not funny anymore." Valentino scoffs. "When have I ever hit him?"
Vox snaps his fingers, and the screen plays a montage of Valentino hitting Angel Dust over and over again. "You're obsessed with me." Valentino flirts, which caused Vox to blush. "Get a room, you two." Stealth Bandit comments. Vox stopped blushing and composed himself.
"Our brand is perfection, remember? We cannot let ourselves look weak to other overlords or to sinners. We are above... petty bullshit." Vox said. "Well, maybe, people should start sucking less!" Velvette smirked. "Or more." Valentino joked as he, Velvette, and Stealth Bandit chuckled. "Moving on! Now, as we all know, Charlie Morningstar recently proved that angels can be killed, and not just angels. The big motherfuckers. The big boys." Vox explained. He then walks around them. "Now obviously she's gonna plead innocent and play the "No, we should all get along and be friends and jerk each other off!!!" card." Velvette was disgusted by Vox's gesture. "But I think we can spin that. Vox used his powers, and three screens appeared with three different drawings. "I think we can use the hotel's reputation and Hell's renewed hope, and start a Hell-wide uprising against Heaven! With us at the top, huh?!"
"Ugh, I know you won't believe this, but I don't understand." Valentino said honestly as he was doodling in his notebook. "Why do you think I'm taking notes?" Stealth Bandit held his own notebook. Vox groans in annoyance. "Okay, from the top. And... I'll try to go slow." He lowered Valentino's notebook to see a sexy drawing of himself.
Back at the Hotel, Lucifer teleported himself and Charlie into his room to escape from the reporters. "Wow. Thanks for the escape, Dad." Charlie smiled before she groaned in exhaustion. "Ugh, I don't know what's wrong with me." Lucifer walks over to his shelf. "Well, you know, your friend and your old hotel both kind of died, so I think you're allowed to be a little off, sweetheart." He then placed a clown nose on his daughter's nose.
"Yeah, but I-if I don't snap out of it soon, people will get the wrong idea of me and the hotel and then..." Charlie sat on the bed and took off the clown nose. "Dad, how do you deal with all the stress of being in charge of things?" She asked as they were surrounded by thousands of ducks in the room. "I don't know. I-I just manage, somehow." Lucifer shrugged. Charlie just sighs. "Mom would know what to do. She was always so good at this. Staying calm, being the voice of the people. Being the center of attention with everyone looking to her, to follow her. Ignoring meaningless things. And people." Lucifer joins his daughter and takes a seat next to her. "Yep. She was, uh, so good at that."
