Lucifer happily entered a dark room. She was singing to himself. "Do-do-do. My daughter loves me. I am the best dad ever. Best dad in Hell, yeah. Best dad ever. Amazing-mazing dad, uh. Every day's Father's Day with me, yeah." He danced around. He paused his dancing as he tried to look for his daughter. "Charlie? Charlie? Your father has arrived. Ready to give you a... just a big 'ol a-papa-pology. I am so sorry, Charlie. Please don't give up on me." He opens his arms for a hug, but no one comes.
Suddenly, a spotlight shines on a big red X on the floor. "Ooh! Is that— is this for me, honey? You, uh, you want your ol' padre to kick it right here or somethin'? Can do. I can kick it! You know? The whole serial aesthetic is new, but, uh, you know, whatever you're into. Got to follow those dreams, right?" Lucifer steps on the X." Then a glass cage dropped down and trapped Lucifer. He screams from being startled. "Um, okay. Alright. Mm-hmm. Uh..." Wires appeared from the inside and wrapped around his limbs. "Okay. Uh...You got me, Charlie. You-you... I know. Is this one of those pranks? Are you pranking me right now? That's so fun!" Lucifer laughed nervously.
From the shadows, Vox appeared with his voice imitating Charlie's. "Sorry, Dad. This isn't a prank." He changes to his normal voice. "It's a takeover."
"Hey. Wait, you're...you're not Charlie." Lucifer said as Vox smirked at him. "Ha-ha. Real cute. Very amusing. Tell you what, let me go now, and I won't smite you and—" He then notices Alastor tied up and (Y/n) standing by his side. "Wait. Red guy and witch kid?" Alastor and (Y/n) waved at him.
"Lucifer. Lu! Lucy. Come on, buddy, we're past all that, remember? We both know you can't harm Sinners." Vox gave a smug look. "Uh-huh. Explains the showboating. Let me guess— uh, the bellhop told you that one." Lucifer insults Alastor. The Radio Demon used his chair to move closer to the cage. "Host! And, no, it seems he figured it out because you're sloppy with your secrets."
"Sloppy? Oh, when I get out of here, I will show you sloppy, you..." Lucifer glares. "See! This is why I said you guys sound like an old married couple!" (Y/n) rolled her eyes.
Vox teleports in front of them. "Hey! Could you three shut up? Please? This is my moment. I own you! I own the Radio Demon! I own a (L/n) witch! I own Hell! And there's nothing anyone can do about it." He brags with a chuckle.
"Yeah, okay. Whatever gets you off, guy. Not to kink-shame, but, you know, I am married. Still, I think. Oof, that's kinda snug." Lucifer chuckles nervously. He tried to get out, but he couldn't. Vox pokes at the glass. "Like it? It's angelic metal from my new friend Carmilla Carmine."
"Yeah. Nice name drop. I have no idea who that is." Lucifer said. "She was one of the guests back at my initiation ceremony. She also gave me this during the war with the Exorcist." (Y/n) showed her sword. "Ooo! Nice design." Lucifer compliments. Vox then chimes in. "Also, you see, she is—" Lucifer cuts him off. "Hey, I wasn't talking to you, man! Look, uh, I don't know what you're planning, but it won't work, okay? You're garbage. That's why you're in Hell. You were a failure in life, and you're a failure now. Okay?"
"Oh, Lucifer, you should be much more worried than that." Vox placed his claws on the glass as he left scratch marks. "Ha! Why? It's not like there's anything you can do to kill me." Lucifer reminded. "Oh, I'm counting on it." Vox knocks on the glass. The cage that held Lucifer began to rise into a machine. The sockets in his limbs are starting to electrify. Lights shine on the machine, showing the VoxTek symbol. Vox smirked at the machine with Alastor's eyes perked down and (Y/n) glaring at the machine.
After that, Vox was underneath V Tower as he was sitting in his surveillance room. "Failure". I'll show you failure." Vox grumbles. From behind him, one of his screens lights up as it shows a video of his past when he was alive.
