Somewhere in Hell
After the one-hour extermination that had, Vox was working on a recent project for his advertisements. He was barking orders as everyone was getting everything ready. Before Vox would continue more of his work, one of his workers came to him.
"Hey, boss." A worker came to Vox. "What do you want now?" Vox questioned. "People are saying that the Radio Demon has an apprentice and she's really powerful. She's on the news right now." The worker explained. Vox went towards his office and turned on the tv, that wasn't his head, and saw the news. His eyes widen at how powerful Alastor's apprentice was and how she can create some carnage just like her master.
"Listen, every one of hell. My name is (Y/n)! I am the Real apprentice of the Radio Demon! If anyone tries to claim they are me, then they will see what happened if they do so!" (Y/n) used her tendrils to squeeze her ex-best friends. They screamed in pain as they tried to escape. (Y/n) pulled them closer to her face. "Don't ever do that again!" She throws them out of Pentagram City. The camera crew got everything and let's just say that everyone in hell finally knows who is the real apprentice of the Radio Demon.
Vox smirked as he lets out an evil chuckle. "So that's Alastor's apprentice. She is a real spitfire." Her photo was shown on the news as viewers were warned about how powerful she is for a 13-year-old girl and that she is the real apprentice of the Radio Demon. "That apprentice will last long with you, old man. One day you will lose her." Vox smirked as he exited his office.
It has been a while since (Y/n) had arrived in hell. She learned how to adapt to her new life here and she learned how to control her powers. Alastor had taught her how to do voodoo magic, how to work radio equipment and cook delicious foods. True, it was unusual for her to live in a strange world, especially when it wasn't what she expected. She then learned how to adapt to her new home, since she's dead now. It took a while for (Y/n) to be able to control the powers she has and learn more spells, but as Alastor said, she's a prodigy. She even learned how to control her wings and how to fly more properly.
Now, Alastor and (Y/n) were on an evening stroll, well Alastor was walking while (Y/n) was flying above him. She flies over to him as they continued their stroll/flight. "So where we heading to, Alastor?" (Y/n) asked her master. "Well, I do know a small cafe we can have lunch," Alastor said to his apprentice. (Y/n) smiled and began to walk alongside Alastor. As they were walking, she noticed a lot of demons were avoiding them. She knew that there were demons that have been terrified of Alastor ever since he became an overlord because of his intense powers. There were a few that respect him and did even not get in his way too. When (Y/n) made eye contact with demons, they immediately froze from fear and ran for the hills. She figured since she is the apprentice of the Radio Demon. That, and she made has been knowing of her powers when she exposed her sister and her former friends. Everyone in hell knew who she was. A few demons have tried to kidnap her, but she or her master would be able to get rid of them in seconds.
Alastor and (Y/n) finally made it towards the cafe he mentioned. Everyone inside was ferried that the Radio Demon and his apprentice were inside with them. Alastor and(Y/n) picked what they wanted to eat and went to go find a table, but it wasn't hard since a lot of demons were left out of fear. Alastor summons a newspaper and (Y/n) summon a book as they waited for your lunch to arrive. Their food finally arrived when they noticed a shaky waiter coming toward them. "H-Here is your food M-Mr Radio Demon and M-Ms Apprentice." The waiter stuttered in fear and he dashed out. "Man this looks good." (Y/n) smiled. "Bon appetite, (Y/n)," Alastor said as he and (Y/n) rigged in their lunch. As they were enjoying their lunch, they were discussing what lesson (Y/n) will take next. "...then after that, I will be teaching you about the different symbols of voodoo such as the one on your palm." Alastor explained. (Y/n) looked other left palm and stared at the symbol. "It is also convenient that you have that symbol so others will know that you are protected by me," Alastor explained more. "I guess you're right about that." (Y/n) continued to stare at her palm.
After lunch, Alastor and (Y/n) continued their stroll. They were having a grand time together. Alastor was glad to have someone young enough to have as a student and be proud of, while (Y/n) was glad to have someone to look up to, even viewing him as somewhat a fatherly figure. As they continued their way, (Y/n) decided to practice her flying a bit more. She would fly low at first, but she learned how to fly higher and do tricks. "Be careful, (Y/n). You'll never know who you'll bump into." Alastor warned. "Don't worry, Alastor! I can-oof!" (Y/n) bumped into someone and collapsed on the floor. She rubbed her head and looked at who she bumped into. She looked down to see two pairs of shoes. She slowly looks up and saw there was a moth demon dressed as a pimp and a demon with a tv for a head, wearing a suit.
"Watch where you going, you little brat!" The moth demon exclaimed. "Woah! Damn! You guys are tall!" (Y/n) eyes widen. She got up and dusted herself. "And no need to yell, man. I bumped into an accident. I'm just learned how to get used to my wings." She pointed at her wings. The tv demon's eyes widen as he took a closer look at her. "Wait, I know who you are. You're the Alastor's kid." (Y/n) nods at him. The tv demon clears his throat. "I'm so sorry for the misunderstanding, kid. My name is Vox and this here is Valentino." Vox extends his hand out. (Y/n) hesitates at first, but she shakes his hand. "N-Nice to meet you guys. I'm (Y/n)."
Valentino smirked as he leaned down towards (Y/n). "Oh, now I remember you. You were all over the news. I've got to say that you've made quite the impression. Quite a powerful being you are." Vox nodded in agreement. "Especially for someone your age."
(Y/n) just shrugs her shoulders. "Thanks, I guess."
"Say, you look like someone who we can offer an opportunity to learn new and better things. Why don't you come and work with us and lose that Radio Demon." Vox offered. Before (Y/n) could decline his offer. (Y/n) felt someone grab her shoulder and pulled her away from the two men. It was Alastor and he pulled her behind himself for her protection. "I'm afraid that my dear apprentice will have to decline your offer. As you can see that she is under my protection" Alastor glared at him and he showed (Y/n)'s palm with the symbol on it. Vox just laughed at him. "That's not you to decide for her. Why don't you let the little lady speak for herself?" (Y/n) shakes her head. "Your offer sounds nice and all, but I'm afraid that I'm going to have to decline your offer. I like learning from my master here." (Y/N0 pointed at Alastor as he gave them a smug look. Vox and Valentino glared at him, but they quickly composed themselves. "Suit yourself, kid. Come on Vox, let's go." Valentino began to walk away. "If you ever change your mind, (Y/n). Just come find me." Vox followed Valentino. Alastor glared at them until they were gone. He kneels and examines his apprentice. "Are you alright, sweetheart? They didn't hurt you did they?" Alastor questioned. "No, I'm fine. I just bumped into them." (Y/n) told. Alastor sighed in relief before he ruffled her hair. "Why don't we continue our stroll? It's still a gorgeous day out." (Y/n) nodded and decided to take a break from flying.
"Looks like you didn't get what you wanted, Vox," Valentino said as he lit a cigarette. Vox just laughed. "I'll just have to wait for the kill then. One of these days that she will be tired of that old man. And when the time comes she and her power will be mine." He lets out an evil laugh as Valentino smirked and laughed along.
