Chapter 9 Beggin' on your knees

Their plan was finally done. It took a couple of day to get everything perfect. On the days when (Y/n) was at school, she learned about the other girls who Ian broke their heart too. They all agreed to help (Y/n) to get even with that jerk. On the weekends, Alastor would help (Y/n) with the first spell he taught her. Seeing how perfect she was able to do it, he knew it was time to start the plan in action.

February 8, 1989

Half of the school day went by in a flash and it was now time for lunch. Like usual, (Y/n) was sitting by herself, but what was different that the girls she invited to help get revenge on Ian were sitting close to her. She was waiting for Alastor signal to begin the plan. From the corner of her eyes, she could see Alastor in the shadows, not only that but he summoned his shadow demons to help out with the plan. Alastor saw Ian coming in with his lunch tray at hand and he nods at (Y/n) to begin. She smiles and signals to the rest of the girls to begin their plan. Before Ian could have a seat, one girl sat down on his seat. Then two girls blocked his left and two more blocked his right. Finally, standing right in front of him was (Y/n) giving him a fake smile.

"Hey, Ian. How are you?" She asked.

"Hi, (Y/n). Im doing fine, but I have to ask on what is going on here?" Ian looked confusedly at the girls surrounding him.

"You'll see." (Y/n) began to raise her voice. " Hey, everyone! have you guys heard about the rumors about Ian breaking girls' hearts!?" Everyone in the cafeteria began to murmur in agreement about the rumors. "Well, my friends and I will like to put those rumors to rest now!!!"

Suddenly music was being heard in the room. Some people were confused on where the music was coming. While others were bopping their head to the music. In the shadows, Alastor's shadow demons were playing the music as they hid away from everyone

(Y/n) begins to sing her song to Ian as he began to feel nervous about her song. Everyone was begin to listen closely to her lyrics.

The music began to go more upbeat as most people were dancing to the music. (Y/n) continues to sing what she and the other girls felt about Ian. She would point to herself and the girls when she mentioned how he messed with them all. Most people were laughing at how Ian was getting expose on the girls he played.

(Y/n) disappears into the crowd and reappears from behind Ian as she did warned him about her and the girls right in front of him. Ian tried to get away from the girls, but everyone kept blocking him and put in back in the center. Like (Y/n)'s song predicted, he was freaking out.

Everyone was beginning to see who Ian truly was. Some girls were giving him a deadly glare since some of them had a thing for him and now they want nothing to do with him. Alastor continued to watch on how his apprentice was achieving her plans. He takes out the notebook out and crossed Ian name out. He smiled on how proud he was beginning to feel for (Y/n).

(Y/n) was feeling more freed than every since she was standing up to the guy that broke her heart. Not only that, but she was glad to have more girls come help stand him up since he broke all their hearts.

Ian thought the song was over and he could finally be released, but boy he was so wrong!

(Y/n) sang the last verse of her song as the girls helping her happily sang with her. They finally conclude their song and everyone gave a round of applause. Even Alastor and his shadow demons were applauding to (Y/n).

"Now you see that the rumor are true!" (Y/n) yells as everyone was cheering for her.

After that, two staff members came in and began to separate everyone. Lots of people were congratulating (Y/n) for exposing and some girls were actually thanking her. Ian decided to make thing worse by mentioning someone very close to her.

"Congrats for exposing me, (Y/n). I bet Shannon would have been so proud." Ian said sarcastically. "Oh, wait. She's not here to see this since she's died." He should not have said that. The next thing he knew, he left a hard impact to his face. (Y/n) was panting as she tried to calm her breaking from anger. The two staff member came and separated the two of them. They asked what happened. Ian told them that (Y/n) punched him, but everyone around them was defending her since he said something rude about Shannon. Both Ian and (Y/n) were taken to the principal's office.

After hearing everything, (Y/n)'s punishment was to write an apology letter to Ian, while he had to serve three days of detention for being disrespecting to her and Shannon. (Y/n) was glad that she was getting off easy.

Right after school, (Y/n) and Alastor were hiding in the shadow of the trees outside the field of the school. They spied on the track and field team as they were getting ready for practice. They spotted their target, Ian.

"He shouldn't have said that about Shannon." (Y/n) continued to glare at the boy. She took out her spell book from her backpack. She turned to the page of the first spell she learned from Alastor. She focus on Ian's leg. She raised her hand as she felt her power flowing through her veins. Not thinking twice, she crunched her hand into a fist, she could practically hear the bones broke from Ian's leg. They watched as Ian collapsed to the ground and cry in pain as he hold his injured leg. Everyone on the team stopped and went to go see what's wrong. Not long, the coach called and ambulance to take Ian to the hospital.

"Looks like that spell really did come in handy." Alastor stared at (Y/n). She left out a sigh she didn't know she held. "Yeah, it really did get my anger out." Alastor gives her a pat on her shoulder. "Let's get you home." (Y/n) nods and follows Alastor.

Alastor still knew that he still had a lot to teach her in time.
