[Ashley's POV]
I wake up Lucas a little bit earlier than when he wakes up on normal days. "Wakey, wakey!" I say. He flutters his eyes open and looks at me. He yawns. Aww! I lift him off from his shell and pick him up.
"You can't be tired on your birth day!" I tell him with a giggle. "Who said I was tiwerd?" He asks me. I laugh and shake me head. That kid is too funny! I set him down in his high chair.
I light candles on a cake for him. We all start to sing.
Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Lucas, happy birthday to you! And many mooooooooooore!
He giggles and claps his hands. I cut a slice of cake and hand it to him. He looks at it for a second. "No way." He says. He looks away, refusing to eat it. I put on a pouty face. "No cake?" I ask. He shakes his head. "No cake." He responds.
I shrug and take the cake myself. I eat it all and smile. "Do you want something else to eat? We have pizza to eat." I tell him. He nods. Then I look over to the other guys. Their cakes are sitting on the table, untouched.
Master Splinter and I are the only ones that ate our cake. "Must be a turtle thing." I shrug. They all shrug as well and then I laugh. "More for me." I say. Then I take out the pizza box.
"Okay. Here you go Lucas! You want me to cut it up for you?" I ask. He shakes his head, no. "Okay. Go for it kiddo." I tell him. Everyone watches in awe. He takes first bite. "Yum!" He says.
We all laugh then eat our pizza. When it's over we all grab our presents. He loves them all and has a happy day.
