[Ashley's POV]
I wake up and yawn. I look at the time. "SHELL!" I yell. I have work today! I quickly throw on some clothes and brush my hair. "What do I do about my ears and tail?!" I rummage through my closet and find a beanie. I put it on over my ears.

Once I get it on comfortably, I tuck my tail up my shirt. It's itchy, but what else can I do? I quickly run up to Mikey's bedroom door. I knock three times. He opens it and rubs his eyes.

"A-Ashley?" He wonders. "Guitar, work, gotta hurry!" I yell. He quickly hands me his guitar and shuts the door to fall back asleep. I run into Donnie's room. He's awake.

"Going to work babe, bye!" I say running out. He jerks his head up from one of his projects. "Oh wait." I say. I run back in his room, kiss him shortly and run back out.

I run out of the sewers quickly. "7:46!" I yell. I trot down a block and a half all the way to Antonio's Pizzeria. "Yes." I say. I walk in the building and hop on the stage they have for entertainment.

I grab the microphone and bring it closer. I start to play the song hurricane by Bridget Mendler.

Think the clouds are clogging up my brain like the weather drain same as the tears on my face. And I'm stuck up in the storm I... I guess I'll be alright.

And your the wind that swept me off my feet. Got me flyin till I'm crying and I'm down on my knees. That's was Dorthy was afraid of, the sneaky tornado.

There's no place like home. Home.

I'm boardin up the windows, lockin up my heart. It's like every time the wind blows, I feel it tearing us apart. Every time he smiles, I let him in again. Everything is fine, when your standing in the eye of the hurricane.

Here comes the sun, here comes the rain. Standing in the eye of a hurricane. Here comes the sun, here comes the rain. Standing in the eye of the hurricane.

I'm floppin on my bed, like a flyin squirrel. Like a little girl, hurt by the big bad world. Yeah, its twisting up my insides. I can't hide it on the outside. But I'm still on the lookout.

The airs getting cold. Cold.

I'm boarding up the windows, locking up my heart. It's like every time the wind blows, I feel it tearin us apart. Every time he smiles, I let it in again. Everything is fine, when your standing in the eye of the hurricane.

Here comes the sun, here comes the rain. Standin in the eye of the hurricane. Here comes the sun, here comes the rain. Standing in the eye of the hurricane.

He picks me up like he's the way of the hurricane. And I think I'm fine like I'm in the eye of the hurricane.

He picks me up like he's the way of the hurricane. And I think I'm fine like I'm in the eye of the hurricane.

And I'm floating, floating. And I don't know when, know when I'm gonna drop. He's got the way, he's got the way.

I'm boardin up the windows, lockin up my heart. It's like every time the wind blows, I feel it tearing us apart. But every time he smiles, I let him in again. Everything is fine when your standing in the eye of the hurricane.

Here comes the sun, here comes the rain. Standing in the eye of the hurricane. Here comes the sun, here comes the rain. Standing in the eye of the hurricane.

He picks me up like he's got the way, and I think I'm fine like I'm in the eye of the hurricane.

Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh Ooh

I stop singing and smile. People cheer. But then one girl comes up to me. Brooke. "That was terrible!" She yells. "Oh please. You couldn't do better! And I bet my friends would say differently. Unlike you, who has none." I sass.

She rolls her eyes. "Whatever. I'm sure you don't have five." She looks me up and down. "And what's up with that beanie? That does not match you outfit." She tells me.

The she reaches for my beanie. No! I suddenly slap her. "Don't!" I yell. She hops on the stage next to me and tries to slap me back but I do a backflip before she could reach me.

"Woah!" Someone in the pizzeria says. They all clap, thinking its part of a show. Then I kick her in the gut. "Leave me alone." I say pointing toward the door.

She clutched her stomach and runs out of the room. I sigh. That way close.

I sing a few more songs and then it's time to go home.

~At Home~

I walk into Donnie's room quickly. "Hello." I smile. "Hi. Hold on. You might want to wear these." Donnie replies, handing me some sunglasses. Something flashes a few seconds after I put them on.

I step back. Dang, that was bright. I take off my beanie and untuck my tail from my shirt. "Ahh." I say. I wriggle my ears a little then look back to Donnie.

"Oh yeah! I almost forgot!" He smiles. I kiss his nose. He's too adorable.
