ASHAANGI- KADAVUL SETTING ❄☃️❄ (COMPLETED)

CHAPTER 31

Starring at the setting sun listening to songs is bliss. Shivangi was an extrovert. She thrived in a crowd. She loved talking and listening to people. Staying silent was not one of her virtues. 

According to her mouth has been given only for 3 things. 1. Eat. 2. Speak. 3. Sing. Of late she has been considering adding a fourth, kissing.

She was lost deep in thoughts absently humming along to the tune of the song. She sometimes preferred these alone times. They refreshed her.

Today, her thoughts were running haywire. She was done with Pugazh anna's passive aggressive behaviour. He had come forward and told them he wants to know them, understand them to accept them. But all she sees are his eyes glaring at Ashwin.

His gaze followed them everywhere. She knew her blunt answers would have hurt him but now she didn't mind. She wanted to make him see her side.

Vinayak had spoken to her about it in length. If he thought Ashwin was pushing his life on her or his choices all he had to do was talk with her. That never happened or will happen.

Ashwin had always been supportive of her choices and decisions. He never influenced her into making any decision. He had walked her through many problems she faced, but never given his opinion. Even when pestered.

Also she was independent. She knew where to stop people. If she even for a fraction of a second thought someone was forcing things on her, she'll call them out. Be it anyone parents, brothers, friends or in this case Ashwin.

She found it absurd that her brother thought her going out of the way to be there for someone was wrong. Isn't that what you do for family? Isn't that what she does for him, Rakshan anna or her friends Sam and Shakthi. How is it any bit unusual if it's for Ashwin? Was it because he was her boyfriend?

"Penny for your thoughts?" Mani nudged her.

"Onum illa. Just listening to songs." She shakes her head moving away from the window.

"Ashwin was visibly uncomfortable during the dance." Mani akka tells her.

"Huh?"

"Ashwin was uncomfortable dancing with Sunitha this episode and Pavi and Dharsha the previous one." She elaborates.

Shivangi absorbs the wisdom. She was super glad she was surrounded by many souls who cared for her, loved her and saw her as their own. She decided to confront her anna today. She wanted it to end today. Pugazh entered her room with the very same intention.

"Shivu, can we talk?"

"I was coming to you for the same."

THIS IS THE LONGEST CHAPTER SO FAR. YES, I RESOLVED THEIR FIGHT. INIME ONLY GALATTA.

I WANTED TO ADDRESS A FEW THINGS.

1. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK OF THE PACE IN WHICH IT'S GOING? IS ONE THING PER PART ENOUGH? I FEEL MY STRENGTH LIES IN WRITING THE DIFFERENT EMOTIONS EACH CHARACTER GOES THROUGH AND LIKE GIVING ALL THEIR POV.

2. MY STORY WON'T HAVE ANY MATURED SCENES. MAJOR REASON BEING AUTHOR KU EZHUDA VARADHU. THIS STORY WILL MENTION OCCASIONAL KISSING OR MAKE OUTS BUT NOTHING IN DETAIL WILL BE WRITTEN. THIS IS TO RESPECT THEIR PRIVACY LIKE THEY ASKED AND TO SAVE YOU FROM MY AWKWARD WRITING.

3. I READ A LOT OF AUTHOR'S DECISIONS REGD THE COURSE THEIR STORIES WILL TAKE. MY INITIAL PLAN WAS TO BASE IT AROUND THE SAME TIME LINE AS THE EPISODES FOR SOME FAMILIARITY AND ADD MY IMAGINATION. BUT NOW I HAVE DECIDED TO BREAK FROM THAT. IT WILL STILL BE BASED ON CWC2 BUT THE TIMELINE WILL BE MY OWN. DON'T GET CONFUSED WITH THE SHOW TIMELINE. I MIGHT ADD FEW CHARACTERS OR REMOVE THEM.
