Ashwin was beyond disappointed when Thangadurai came instead of Pugazh. This was a new person and he had no idea how he'll gel up. He was putting a lot of mokka jokes, which he would have enjoyed had he not been cooking. The mask disrupting his vision did nothing to help.

Shivangi saw him get tensed, and knew when to help. Master was getting angry with her for not focusing entirely on their dish. She decided to work on both tables to the best of her abilities. She can deal with Master's anger. Ashwin was on the brink of another outburst and she couldn't let that repeat. The backlash he faced on social media and with her brothers was too much.

"Shivangi, na pathukaren. Nee please anga po. Master thita poraru." Ashwin whispered to her. He knew what exactly she was doing. He loved that she was always on the look out for him but he couldn't let her take a fall for him.

When it was his turn to cook he worked as fast as he possibly can. He prepped everything, and kept things ready for Thangadurai anna to take care. He knew if he gets tensed she will come to his table and do twice the work she's supposed to.

Shivangi who was tied up between the two tables couldn't help but smile at him. Her eyes teared up unknowingly and Ashwin had noticed that. She decided to lie to avoid the question he asked her silently. Why are you crying.

"Master, thodu izhukudhu please seri panunga." She had asked. Master removed it completely making her shocked.

A break was announced before the cook off and Shivangi indicated Ashwin to come separately. The two were unaware that most if not all knew of their relationship. Many were not privy to the details but knew something was amiss.

"It's ok ma. Nee neraya tension lan ala. Koranjurku, adhuve evalo periya improvement. Seri va time aga pordhu." She dragged him out not before fishing out a bar of chocolate from Ashwin's bag. He was curious on what she was upto and followed her silently.

"Master, na ungala konjam tension paduthiten la. Sorry. Indhanga." She hands it over to him making master chuckle and kiss her forehead.

"Paravala chellam. Nee enaku next time pair arache paadu. Nee enaku padala nu dhan feel ayiten." He tells her and she promises to sing next time.

Sivakarthikeyan had visited them and congratulated them all and wishing them well. Ashwin was overwhelmed by his words and gushing with happiness. After the shoot was over he couldn't contain himself and jumped hugging Sharath.

"Partner, enna panra?" He asked jumping along.

"Too excited to talk. Sk anna knows my name and complimented me." He grins making Sharath laugh out loud.

"Partner nee apopo celebrity ngradha marandhudra."

Sharath just smiles and understands the struggle. He had been in that place knew the feeling. He just hugged his friend as they enjoyed their fan moment and recognition.
