Tired. Exhausted.

Fighting back a yawn, I slowly stood up and stretched my back, earning a satisfying hiss and snap as my joints popped. Rubbing my tired optics, I tried my very best to stay awake and sat down on the stacks quietly, watching my cousin typing on the computer.

Said mech caught my gaze and gave me a soft frown.

"(Y/N), please come over for a moment." Ratchet said, waving me over. With a shrug, I hopped off the high stacks and made my way towards the grumpy medic.

"Take a seat." He said, gesturing onto the berth. I raised an optic ridge at him with confusion.

"What for?" I asked, a yawn escaped my dermas this time and my cousin's frown deepened.

"That. You've been yawning for the past six times now and I've seen you dozing off at weird places. At least let me have a check up on you to know what in Primus's name is wrong with you." Ratchet said, worry laced in his sarcastic remarks.

"I'm fine." I said. Unfortunately, I yawned again and he snapped, forcing me to lie down.

"That's it! Get your aft on the berth (Y/N), I'm doing a full body scan!"

"I'm...fwineeee..." my voice slurred as I laid down on the berth. My actions were slow and sluggish, increasing the worry of my team's medic.

Ratchet quickly scanned my processors and typed something on the computer, but my optics became heavier and I fell into recharge, snoozing peacefully on the berth while a certain medic did NOT pass the vibe check as the humans would say and was currently freaking out.

"STAY AWAKE, (Y/N)!"

"Mhmm...too...tired..."

More clicking sounds could be heard before the medic sighed loudly.

"How is it my scanner says you're fine when you are about to pass out any minute now? DID YOU EVEN RECHARGE LAST NIGHT?!" Ratchet's yelling caught the attention of Optimus and the Prime came over to ask what's wrong.

"Is something wrong, old friend?"

"With (Y/N)? Yes! She's been yawning and dozing in weird places these few days! That's not normal but according to my diagnostics she's fine! How is THAT fine!?" he said, waving his servos dramatically in the air. I gave the medic a small smile and leaned against him as I exhaled softly.

"It's fine, Ratch. I'm just...tired. It only happens when I'm bored and have nothing to do. If I go out for scouting and kicking Cons' afts I'm okay, as far as I've noticed. It's been like this the very long time." I said, snuggling into my cousin's shoulder.

"AND YOU DIDN'T BOTHER TO TELL ME!? (Y/N), WE'RE A FAMILY AND I DIDN'T KNOW OF THIS!?"

"I didn't exactly have the time to explain before you dragged me up the berth, Ratch..." I yawned again. Ratchet sighed and patted my cheeks, giving me a look of disbelief as he lends me his shoulder to lean on.

"You are absolutely insufferable, my dear cousin. Next time you pull this kind of stuff on me, I'm feeding you to the scraplets."

"Keyword: Scraplets. Weren't you so afraid of them? How ya gonna feed me without risking yourself as dinner?" I shot back, giving him a cheeky smile. Ratchet looked at me with an exaggerated expression of being in shock.

"AND YOU'RE NOT!?" he replied, sputtering undignifiedly.

"I've worked in dangerous location with such infestations Ratchet, I'm bound to get used to it." I said, giving the doctor a tired smile before nodding at my leader. Optimus gave me a concerned look and started to chew me out.
