Namkook - I Love You

"Hyungie, can we do something?"

"Like what, Koo?"

"Dunno." shrugs the other, pouting.

"How about I teach you how to say 'I love you' in some different languages?"

"Alright."

"We'll start simple: te amo."

"Te amo." Jungkook repeats, smiling slightly. "And that's Spanish, right?"

"Yeah. Next, French: je t'aime."

"I thought 'adore' was the word for 'love' in French though..."

"It is, but not when you're talking about people." Joon explains, gently tapping his boyfriend's nose with one finger. "In that case, it'd translate exactly to 'I like you', but we use it to say 'I love you'."

"Je t'aime. Got it."

A slight smile appears on the elder's face. "Ready for it to get a little more difficult?"

"Bring it on."

"Hindi: mujhe tumse pyaar hai."

"Mujhe tum- huh?"

"Mujhe tumse-" he repeats slowly, gesturing for the blond to do the same.

"Mujhe tumse-"

"-pyaar-"

"-pyaar-"

"-hai."

"-hai."

"Mujhe tumse pyaar hai."

"Mujhe tumse pyaar hai." Jungkook says with a smile, proud of himself for getting it right. "Are there any more?"

"One more, slightly harder. In Urdu, mai tum se pyaar kar ta hu."

"Mai tum-"

"-se pyaar kar-"

"-se pyaar kar-"

"-ta hu."

"-ta hu. Mai tum se pyaar kar ta hu."

"That's it." praises the elder, smiling to the point where his dimples pop out. "Now you can say you know some foreign phrases."

"But I can only use them for you though..."

A shrug. "You can learn any language if you try hard enough, Koo. And knowing you, you'll pick up a fair few."

"What's your favourite language, hyung?"

"Good question." he takes a moment to think. "I've always liked Greek, but Spanish is my favourite of the ones I can speak. What about yours, baby?"

"I like French the best."

"Hey, Jungkook?"

"What?"

"Je t'aime."

The younger blushes. "Je t'aime aussi, Joonie."

"See? You're already learning." Namjoon ruffles his hair and kisses the top of his head, pulling him closer. "Now c'mere and let me cuddle you, my gorgeous multi-lingual prince."
