Plot: Seokjin's always hanging around with his best friend, which wouldn't usually be a problem, but his best friend is also his ex. And he's completely oblivious to his current boyfriend's jealousy.

Story:

"Tae?"

Taehyung shakes his head, re-focusing. "Hm?"

"I asked you if it was alright for me to go bowling with Jungkook and Namjoon this weekend."

"Yeah, sure." he shrugs, forcing a smile. "Go do whatever you want."

Once Jin's left the room, the younger gives a sigh. Seokjin and Namjoon used to date, but broke up after a few years and stayed friends. And while the former is incredibly loyal and wouldn't hurt a fly, he's a little worried about him straying and going back to him.

Namjoon's better than he is anyway. He's taller, smarter, better-looking. Everything he does, Namjoon does better. He wouldn't be surprised if Jin left and went back to him. And the thing is, he doesn't know how to talk about it, since he doesn't want him to get mad.

Speaking of which, he should be getting ready. They're all going out tonight - him, Seokjin, Jimin, Hoseok, Yoongi, Jungkook and, ugh, Namjoon - for Jungkook's birthday, to a restaurant and then a movie.

They go out, have some fun, and come back later that night. Taehyung's exhausted - he's spent most of the night watching Seokjin and Namjoon, how close they are with one another, rather than focusing on Jungkook's birthday, and all he wants to do right now is climb into bed and sink into the blissful oblivion that is sleep.

"Babe," Jin grabs his wrist just as he's about to throw himself face-down onto their bed. "You seem upset. Something wrong?"

"No, I'm just tired."

"Don't lie to me, I know something's bothering you."

"It's just... You're always going out with Namjoon-hyung, and seeing you have so much fun with him makes me sad... I know I can't stop you from seeing him, but I don't want you to leave me and go back to him."

"Tae," chuckles the elder. "I'd never do that to you. Never. You haven't mentioned this before, so how am I meant to make it right?"

"I thought you'd be mad if I mentioned it..."

"How long have you felt like this, baby?"

Tae sighs. "A couple months. I'm sorry I didn't bring it up sooner..."

"No, I'm sorry for making you feel so shit. I should be spending more time with you, instead of with Namjoon. But I promise, I'm not going to leave you. And do you know why that is?"

"Why?"

"Because I love you. And Namjoon's married, doll."

The brunet stares at him in disbelief. "H-He is?"

Seokjin nods and pecks his lips. "Yeah. Why do you think we hang around with him and Jungkook more than the others? I mean, we're all really good friends, and he and I like to set up double dates."

"Well I feel really fucking stupid now..." mumbles the younger, looking up with guilty puppy-dog eyes. "I'm sorry, hyungie."

"It's alright, darling."

Jin presses a gentle kiss to the base of his neck and grabs his hand, squeezing it gently. The shorter leans against his boyfriend's shoulder and shuts his eyes, sighing.

"Tired, baby?"

"Mm,"

The black-haired lifts him up without another word, placing him gently on the bed and tucking him in. "I'm gonna take a shower and get changed and then I'll be right in."

"Okay, hyungie."

He smiles and leaves the room, returning around 15 minutes later in a loose t-shirt and a pair of boxers. Once he's dried his hair, he climbs into bed beside his boyfriend and wraps his arms around the male's waist, pulling him close.

"G'night, Tae, love you."

"Love you too, Jinnie. Night."
