Im feeling nervous, everyone's looking at us walking through the school hallways holding hands. It's something to expect considering Dylan's reputation.
"Oh my God the rumors were true."
"Are they really holding hands?!"
"They look so odd together though..."
"But what does she have that I don't?"
"They do look a bit cute together"
"Leaving the popular couples behind, they're now the subject on everyone's mouth"
"Are you okay?" Dylan asked squeezing my hand, noticing my shaking.
"Im... good, just a bit nervous that's all" I said blushing.
"Don't be, Im here" he said as we entered the room.
As soon as we entered the classroom, everyone turned around to look at us, we sat on the back of the classroom.
"Oh my God what is this!!!" Cass yelled sitting on the chair in front of us.
"Cass..." I said embarrassed.
"Hey Cass" Dylan said with a smile.
"Explain to me now" she said excited.
"We're dating now" Dylan said noticing I was speachless and still embarrassed.
"Dating?!" Eric said from the door rushing where we were. "DATING?!" he yelled even louder.
"Shh..." I said trying to hide my blushing.
"NO WAY!!!!!!" Cass yelled jumping on her feet. "That's adorable!!!" she said putting her hands together with a wide smile on her face.
"You two are adorable" Eric said sitting next to Cass.
"Now that's why there's a scene outside" Cass said looking at the door.
"It's a matter of time" Dylan said with a sigh.
"Exactly" Eric said with a smile.
"Now you have a date for Homecoming" Cass said.
"Homecoming?" I asked confused.
"Yeah, we're nearly there, September is about to end" Cass said.
"Right! I totally forgot about that" I said looking away.
"Do you like those things?" Dylan asked.
"Uhm m-me? No not really-"
"She loves them" Cass interrupted.
"Cass!" I said embarrassed.
"How much are we going to embarrass you in front of your boyfriend" Eric joked.
Boyfriend, that's right, now he's my boyfriend.
"It's two weeks away right?" I asked Cass ignoring what Eric just said.
"One week, don't you see the posters outside for homecoming queen and such?" Cass said when the teacher entered the room.
After class we walked towards the front yard of the school, Cass, Eric, Dylan and I.
"There are a lot of girls running for homecoming queen" Eric said looking at the many girls lending flyers and posters all over the place.
"What's so cool about being a queen anyway" I reluctantly said.
"Ego" Dylan said.
"Right" I said nodding.
"Let's go shopping after school" Cass said excited.
