Ch 3

A couple of hours later Natasha leaves and it's around 11 at night

Alex is sitting in the kitchen

Maria: "Alex I'm home"

Alex looks up

Alex: "hey mom..."

Maria: "what's wrong?"

Alex: "I didn't get the house"

Maria: "aww I'm sorry to hear that"

Alex: "I don't know why I even tried I knew I wasn't going to get it"

Maria: "you will find something else soon. Maybe it will be even better than this other one"

Alex: "Yeah I know. Back to square one again"

she sighs

Maria: "you should head to bed. We need to get up early tomorrow"

She kisses the top of Alex's head

Maria: "good night Alex"

Alex: "night mom"

Time skip to Monday

Alex: "good morning ms potts how was your weekend with tony?"

Pepper: "good morning Alex. It was great and very nice. It was nice to get out of the compound away from everyone."

Alex: "I bet. I swear the guys are so annoying"

Pepper: "Well they are. I keep on telling tony that they just spend time arguing over dumb things"

Alex: "I agree. Especially bucky and sam. They get into so many arguments and are always so random"

They continue to talk while they work

Pepper: "hey I heard about the house thing. Tony and I were wondering if you wanted to stay at the compound. We have many open bedrooms if you would like."

Alex: "thank you but it is too much to accept. You do so much for me and I can't accept it. I am going to find some more houses though"

Alex phone starts to ring

Alex: "Sorry about that let me see who it is"

she answers the phone call

Alex: "Hello?"

Nat: "heeyyy Alex"

Alex: "hey Tasha what's up?"

Nat: "So I have a question. Why don't you want to move into the compound with us? Come one you'll be around Wanda and i."

Alex looks up at pepper

Alex: "wow you are really trying to sell it aren't you"

Pepper laughs

Wanda starts to talk

Wanda: "yeah Alex come on it would be the best thing ever"

Alex: "fine I will. As long as you make sure the guys don't prank me. The last time I stayed bucky sam and peter pranked me the whole time"

Nat: "deal"

Alex: "okay then"

A couple of weeks later. Alex has already moved in. Natasha and Wanda are watching a movie with Alex in Wanda's room.

Wanda: "So do you guys want to go to the movies tomorrow that new movie Cruellais out now"

Nat: "sure. what do you think Alex?"

Alex: "I have to ask pepper if I can since it will interfere with my work schedule."

Wanda: "I'm sure she will say yes"

Nat: "yeah you do so much for her"

Alex: "maybe"

There is a knock at the door

Wanda: "come in"

Tony walks in

Tony:"hey can you three come downstairs please the new recruit is here and i want you to meet her"

Alex: "okay"

Nat; "let's go down then"

The three of them walk downstairs

Tony: "This is Carol, the new recruit. Carol this is Natasha Wanda and Alex"

Carol: "it's nice to meet your three"

Alex: "it's nice to meet you carol"

Wanda: "welcome to the team"

Nat: "can't wait to talk in a bit"

Carol: "I can't wait either"

Wanda: "we were just watching a movie in my room would you like to join"

Carol: "of course"
