A couple of weeks pass
Maria: "are you excited to see carol tomorrow?"
Alex; "yes. Even though we've texted and called everyday its not the same as seeing her in person"
Maria: "It will be nice to see you even more happy once she gets here"
Alex: "hey!"
They both laugh
Maria: "no seriously though. it will be nice when she gets back"
The following day
Wanda natasha and alex were in the living room waiting for carol. Alex was pacing back and forth
Wanda: "alex you should sit down"
Alex: "no i'm good"
She continuous to pace
Nat: "she isn't going to get here sooner the more you pace"
Alex: "i know i know"
10 minutes later
They see out the window a ball of energy entering earths atmosphere
Alex: "carol!"
She races downstairs and runs out to the field
Nat: "jeez"
Wanda: "we knew that was going to happen when she got here"
Carol lands on the field
Alex: "BABE"
She jumps into carol's arms
Carol: "hey love"
She kisses alex
Alex: "i missed you"
Carol: "i missed you too. how have you been?"
Alex: "sad without you"
Carol kisses alex again
Carol: "come on i owe you a perfect date"
