Cooper and Lila headed off into their bedrooms and now Clint was pacing across the living room.

"I have to find whoever is in that suit" he said heading towards his bag gathering his things.

"I'm coming with you" I said.

My dad laughed as if it was the most ridiculous thing he'd ever heard. He looked up at me and shook his head.

"No your not Y/n" Clint said.

"You'll need the help dad, your not as young as you used to be" I said.

"I'm going to pretend you didn't just say that" Clint scoffed throwing his bag over his shoulder.

"Oh come on dad just let me help" I rolled my eyes.

Clint paused infront of the door his hand ghosting the doorbell, A smirk grew on my face as I knew he was going to cave in.

"Fine, but if you get hurt you're paying your own hospital bills" My dad sighed.

"How sweet" I replied.

I slid on my jacket, strapping my thigh holster on for my knives. Slipping the knife Natasha gave me on my right thigh.

"No bow?" Clint asked as I walked towards him.

"Nah I would hate to steal your thunder dad" I laughed as Clint closed the door behind us.

We walked down the streets of New York, the snow falling down coatingthe streets in a blanket of white.

"This will be our first proper Christmas as a family" I said.

"I hope I can wrap up this whole Ronin wannabe shit before then" my dad sighed shaking his head.

I opened my mouth to speak but we were interrupted with a loud bang echoing from an alleyway. I looked over to my father and he nodded as we ran down the alleyway.

The Ronin cosplayer was locked in a car as the Tracksuit mafia was attacking them. I took my knife slashing the guy with my knife.

He let out a grunt and turned his attention towards me swinging a punch at me which I easily dodged.

Aunt Nat had taught me well.

I swiped my leg across the ground knocking the man on the ground.

Thankfully whoever this person is wasn't absolutely clueless at fighting so most of the men thankfully we're already knocked out cold. Laying in the snow, their tracksuits stained with blood.

I grabbed the man launching at me and tackled him to the ground slamming him ontop of the other man I had taken down.

I smiled slightly seeing the two grown men passed out on the ground.

My smile quickly faded when I saw the vigilante try to make their escape. I sprinted after them the snow crunching underneath my feet as I ran.

My dad got their first grabbing the person and shoving them into a corner. I stepped in ripping the mask off of the person.

"Y-You're Hawkeye" She said in awe her eyes widening as she saw my dad.

Holy shit. She was absolutely gorgeous, the blood trickling down her face ran over her plump pink lips. Her pale face was light up in suprise. She was gorgeous. Her long black hair was wavy and was slightly tucked into her hood. She turned to face me and I nearly melted under the gaze of her hazel eyes.

"And your Y/n Barton" She said.

I smiled slightly at the fact that this incredibly attractive woman knew my name, but unfortunately this wasn't time for my gay panic.

"You're just a kid" Clint scoffed releasing the woman from his grip.

She adjusted on the balls of her feet her eyes darting between both me and my father.

"How'd you get this suit?" I asked.

"Um a black market auction" She replied awkwardly.

"You bought it" Clint said in shock.

"Well no, look it's a long story" She said with an awkward laugh.

"We'll you can tell us when we get somewhere safe, did anyone see you without this mask?" I asked lifting up the ronin mask.

She shook her head and I sighed in relief stuffing the mask into my pocket.

"You have somewhere we can go?" He asked.

She nodded her head and we began to walk. She took off the Ronin outfit and handed it to my dad who began to walk off. She was wearing a black suit and I couldn't help but stare she looked hot.

"Here" I said handing her my jacket, I could tell she was cold.

"Thanks" She replied with a small smile tugging the jacket on.

I smiled back and I could feel my eyes scanning over her face.

"I'm Kate by the way" She said extended her hand.

"Y/n" I replied shaking her hand.

"I know" She chuckled.

We caught up to my dad and we walked down the street, he continued to bombard the poor woman with countless questions but if you had your suit stolen you'd be asking questions.

We stopped outside a pizza shop and Kate lead us up a flight of stairs to her apartment. She opened up the door and a golden labrador bolted towards us.

"Hey" She greeted the dog.

"This your dog?" I asked.

"No I found him on the street earlier" She replied.

I nodded and stood next to her giving the dog a few pats.

"So you haven't been anywhere else other than here after you got the suit?" Clint interrupted.

"No just here" She replied.

She took off my jacket and thanked me with a warm smile. I was tempted to do the classic, oh jo you keeo it you look better in it than i do anyways. But I decided against it and instead took it back, smiling back. Hopefully she'd be wearing this jacket again though.

"You know your my favorite Avenger" Kate said smiling at my dad.

"Are you ok?" He asked worriedly looking over her injuries.

"Oh no I'm fine you should've seen the other guys" Kate replied with an awkward laugh.

She quickly went upstairs to get changed as my dad and I wandered around her apartment looking at the shooting range and countless archery and martial arts trophies.

"Wow quite the fighter huh" Clint called out.

"Yeah, started when I was about ten" She replied jogging down the stairs.

She was wearing a purple tracksuit which was slightly baggy, her hair tied back.

"So what now?" Kate asked.

"Well I have the suit so, we can get going" Clint spoke.

Both Kate and I opened our mouth to object but we were interrupted by a call from outside.

"KATE BISHOP!" A man screamed out with a thick Russian accent.
