Sneaking out of his cabin, Ryan quickly ran over to silver cabin three where he knew his friends would be. He peeked into the window nervously, worried that their cabin mom would spot him. Instead, he saw Benicia awake and reading a book without any lights on. Instead, she had her book angled so the light from outside would shine in.

He didn't want to knock. So he waved his hand over the light to cause her to see that he was there. Benicia glanced up from her book and squinted at the window. Without her glasses all she could see was a blur standing there. She leaned over her bunk and put her glasses on. With wide eyes, Benicia slowly got out of her bed. Ryan could see her scrambling inside doing her best to not make any noise.

She pointed toward the bathroom, so he went over to that window instead. Ryan was struggling to keep himself up since the window was barely above his height.

Benicia was able to stand on the toilet to poke her head directly out, "What are you doing?"

Ryan wanted to laugh at her hushed whisper, "I thought we could hang out before we have to go back home tomorrow."

"So you want us to sneak out on our last night at camp?" Benicia shut her eyes and pushed her glasses up. She wiped her eyes, "Are you kidding? We could get in trouble."

"What will they do? Kick us out?"

Benicia shot him a dirty look, "I hate you."

"You hate that I'm right." Ryan pointed out with a cheeky grin. "Get Zoe, I know she's in your cabin too."

Benicia huffed before rolling her eyes, "Yeah, yeah, I'll be out in a second."

Ryan did a little cheer from where he was before walking around to the corner of the cabin. He made sure to stay out of sight and he kind of felt like a spy doing this.

Inside, Benicia was putting on her Vans before carefully poking Zoe away. Their cabin mom was in her own separate room from the others, which left Benicia to try and not wake up four other girls.

Zoe just groaned as she rolled over and shot a glare at Benicia, "Why are you awake?"

Benicia raised a finger to indicate that Zoe needed to be quiet, "Ryan is outside waiting for us. Throw on some shoes."

"What?" Zoe was still struggling to wake up at all. As she moved her legs over the edge of the bed, the entire thing creaked. Benicia shot her arms out as though she could stop the noise. She didn't move at all and made sure that Zoe didn't as well. "You're serious?"

"It's the last night here. They can't kick us out because we are going home tomorrow." Benicia pointed out before gently unlocking the door. She winced a little bit as the metal clinked but wasn't as loud as the bed creaking. "You can stay here or you can come with us."

Zoe reached for her own shoes, black boots that she slipped on, "What are we even going to do?"

"I don't know, it's Ryan's idea." Benicia slowly swung the door open and nodded her head, "Hurry up."
