Rhea had been the one to interject between Stick and Elektra. She released a yell and they both went flying into one of the shelves. Matt grabbed their weapons and held it from them. Rhea stood in between the pair and stopped Elektra before she could try to go after Stick again, "What the hell do you think you're doing?"
"You have no right here, Rhea."
Stick listened carefully and could tell Matt was blocking him, "Too little, too late, Matty. Get out or get hurt."
"That's not happening, Stick."
Rhea had to side step in front of Elektra to get her to stop coming after Stick, "I'm not going to let you kill him."
Elektra grew angry and kicked Rhea back, "Not your choice."
Rhea stood her ground, "I really don't want to use my powers on you."
"Do it!"
Rhea was pulled out of the way by Matt, who interjected before Elektra could go after Stick this time. "He raised you, Elektra!"
"Then he tried to kill me!"
Rhea grabbed Elektra's wrist before she could get the weapon from Matt, "Stop!"
"I should have done it years ago."
"Shut up, Stick." Matt barked back at him, "You're just as bad as she is."
"Not quite. I tried to housebreak her."
"Impossible." Elektra pulled away from Rhea, "You're just another old man jealous of his disciple. You'd rather see me dead than outgrow you. Well, guess what? When it comes to killing, I've always been better."
Stick got the sword from Matt, "Put up or shut up!"
"No!" Matt turned to Stick so his back was pressed to Rhea's, "Put it down!"
Rhea didn't even have time to react as she was kicked in the face and thrown to the other side of the room. She rolled on the floor as more of the ninjas came in. She got up and spat out some blood. With an annoyed glare, Rhea pulled out her staff and started fighting against them. She couldn't worry about Matt or Elektra because there were so many of them.
The lights went out and suddenly there were no more noise.
Elektra used a match to give them some light. It was ambient and barely lit anything up but it was enough, "They're gone."
"Yeah." Matt exhaled, "And they took Stick."
Rhea followed Matt outside to only hear the sound of a distant car alarm going off. She was then suddenly shoved by Elektra once they were in an alleyway. "What the hell?"
"Why did you interrupt us?"
Rhea raised her brows at her anger, "Because you would have killed him."
"Yes! Before he killed me." Elektra snapped in anger. She even glared at Matt, "Is that so offensive to your precious code?"
