Benicia shifted when she heard a knock at the door to the office. When she moved back, she felt Matt's hand pull away and grip her desk instead. She pulled away and ran her fingers through her hair. As Karen opened the door, Benicia looked at Matt before smiling at Elena.

Foggy had gotten up, "Donde está la biblioteca."

Matt got up from Benicia's desk, "You just asked her where the library is."

Benicia got up from her seat with a smile and greeted her in Spanish, but Elena immediately started to cut her off. Her worried words made Benicia reach out, "Hey, it's okay." She sighed while looking at the others, "They doubled the offer to get the tenants to move out."

Zoe cursed under her breath, "Oh, damn it..."

"What?" Benicia listened closely to Elena, "Her neighbors are thinking about taking it."

"Maybe they should."

Everyone turned to look at Matt in disbelief. It had been Foggy to argue, "No! Tell her to stand firm. We told her we're gonna help her and that's what we're gonna do."

Elena turned to Foggy and pinched his cheek once Benicia translated for her, "Such a good boy."

Benicia blinked once Elena turned back to her, she took Benicia's hands in her own, "Ah... She thinks she can change their minds. Enough of them maybe to make a difference."

"I no take!" Elena released Benicia's hands, "This is my home. We fight, yes?"

"Yes, si."

Elena laughed at Foggy's attempt at Spanish, "He is good man. All of you good."

Karen nodded her head in agreement before offering to walk her out. She smiled at Zoe for a moment before she left with Elena.

Matt shook his head, "You shouldn't have done that."

"What?" Zoe eyed Matt as she moved away from the desk, "Fight for the rights of the little guy, right?"

Matt put his hands on his hips, "Fisk wants the tenements, he's not gonna stop until he gets them."

"Well, so what?" Benicia shrugged her shoulders, "We're just supposed to roll over?"

Foggy defended Benicia, "Fisk is public on this. If we tie him up with an injunction, maybe we find something in the deposition that we-"

"Oh, come on, Foggy, you think we're gonna trip this guy with a deposition?" Matt demanded, "After everything that's happened, you don't get who we're dealing with?"

"No, we get it!" Benicia cut in as she stepped out in front of Foggy so she was standing directly in front of Matt, "Matt, he's a rich dickhead who thinks he can pay people off to kiss his ass." She grabbed the newspaper article and held it up, "Look, he is standing on City Hall with his cronies like he's already won."
