Zoe kept fanning her face with her hand as she walked in between Matt and Foggy. She was a little tired after bandaging Rhea up the previous night after she was almost shot in the arm. It only grazed her but that didn't mean Zoe and Foggy didn't give her an earful.
"You ever wake up in the morning-" Foggy interrupted Zoe's thoughts with a sigh, "-from the second you get out of bed, it's like... every molecule in your body hurts?"
Matt pursed his lips and shook his head, "No, never."
"I'm in agony, dude."
Zoe eyed Foggy curiously, "What, did you go back to the gym? Cause that's honestly one of the reasons why my body hates me every morning."
Foggy snorted at the idea, "Hell no. Do I look capable of making healthy life choices? I went out."
"Last night?"
"Well, yeah, before... you know-" Foggy mumbled since Rhea patrolled last night, "We went dancing."
Matt had humor in his voice as he spoke, "I'm choosing not to believe that."
Foggy hummed in happiness, "And yet, it's true."
"Mind if I ask you a personal question, Foggy?"
Nodding his head, Foggy turned to him, "Go ahead."
Without missing a beat, "Are you insane?"
Zoe snorted, "Oh, he is." She eyed Foggy for a moment and then released a squeal, "Oh, my God! You and Rhea! Oh! Wait, why are you the sore one?"
Matt almost immediately started to laugh, "I think we all know why he's the sore one."
Zoe covered her mouth and widened her eyes as she looked directly at Foggy, "You didn't!" She put her hand on his shoulder, "You-You are such a fucking hero. You deserve a medal."
"Mm, it doesn't feel like I do." Foggy flexed just a little bit and groaned, "I thought she was kidding initially, but she was very serious. Really really serious."
"But you did it!" Zoe cheered with a large grin on her face, "How was it? Would you do it again?"
Matt listened carefully and huffed, "He would."
"No, stop. We've established boundaries, Matt. You can't expose me just because you can."
"Okay, he shouldn't have exposed you but-" Zoe looped her arm with Foggy's, "-you enjoyed it! You really did?"
"Rhea is really good-"
"Oh, oh no-" Zoe released him and gagged, "Wait, don't give me too much detail about it. But- Also, I kind of want to know. Will you be doing it again?"
"Maybe..."
Zoe covered her mouth, "Wait, this happened last night? Before or after Rhea went out?"
