Benicia took her glasses off after Caitlin sprayed her in the face with a squirt bottle. She wiped them down with a sigh, "Why did you do that?"

"You're seriously reading?"

"Oh, leave her be." Lily waved it off as she took the seat beside Benicia on the bench.

They had gone to the park together after class. Caitlin had been asking Benicia questions about her adoptive father but Benicai didn't really have any answers. She didn't know him well enough. He seemed kind enough, but she wasn't sure if he was being truthful or not.

"We came here to hang out and she's reading."

Frankie seemed to agree with Caitlin and crossed his arms over his chest, "Honestly, we want to have fun."

"Then have fun." Benicia set her book down beside her, "Where did you even get the spray bottle?"

"Snagged it off that guy's cart." Caitlin admitted with a small shrug of her shoulders, "It's not like anyone stopped me."

Lily simply sighed, "Caitlin..."

"What?"

"You need to be careful who you piss off." Benicia crossed her arms and leaned back on the bench, "You push too hard then you'll get yourself in trouble. Or worse, the rest of us."

"Yeah? Don't you ever get mad? Or just... want something, Ben?"

"I want some peace and quiet."

"Very funny."

"I know. I'm hilarious." Benicia grabbed her book again only for Frankie to quickly grab it. "Franklin."

"Come on. Tag your it."

"We're far too old to be playing tag-" Benicia tried to snag it back from him but he tossed it over to Caitlin. With an exasperated look, she faced Lily, who just shrugged with a grin on her face, "Seriously?"

"It could be fun."

Caitlin waved the book in the air before she ran across the field with Frankie following and just laughing loudly. Benicia rolled her eyes but ended up running after them. Within ten minutes, they were all genuinely playing tag in the park. Ten minutes turned to thirty, thirty minutes turned into an hour, and an hour turned to five.

Benicia groaned heavily and squatted down before falling on her butt. She dropped on her back and stared up at the night sky. "We should get you guys back to Saint Agnes."

Caitlin joined her on the ground but laid on her stomach, "Just a few more minutes."

Lily laid down beside Benicia as Frankie sat at the edge of their feet, "We'll be graduating soon."

"Speak for yourself." Frankie huffed from his spot, "You'll all be leaving me."

"Hey, who said we can't still be friends?" Benicia propped herself up on her elbows as she looked over at him and poked him with the bottom of her foot, "Come on, we should all go."
