The kiss

(Trying to think of titles for each chaptee is tearing me apart 💅 anyways enjoy or don't enjoy I did rush this chapter )

You woke up and rolled over in your bed. You pushed your face into your pillow before turning slightly to the side so you could actually breath.

You spent 15 minutes lying there before you got up and put on another outfit for the day. You swiped up your bag with the green fabric in it from the other day and made your way downstairs.

"Morning Mama." You said, walking past your mama and giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Morning Y/N." She replied.

"Hey Mama, can you make me a new dress/ skirt/ pair of pants/ ruana / etc.... (readers choice) out of this fabric?" You asked, grabbing some food off your sisters plate and waking back over to your Mama.

You handed her the fabric and she nodded. "Yes of course, but I am expecting you to pay for my services!" She said. "Ay! Mama no fair!" You complained.

"You must pay, with hugs and love for your Mother!!" She said, kissing your cheek. "Oh also Julieta is here!" She said suddenly.

Julieta suddenly stood up from out of nowhere and waved. "I wanted your help with something!" She said, rushing over and taking your hand.

"Ah- well see you later Mama!" You said whilst Julieta hurried you both out the door. "So what did you need my help with?" You asked, letting Julieta drag you towards Casita.

"Oh you'll see!" She said, looking more and more worried as you neared Casita. You looked ahead to see the inside of Casita dark and clouded. Every so often a flash of lighting would light up the clouds inside.

"This looks dangerous..." You said with a nervous laugh. "Yeah but I just need you to talk to Pepa!" Julieta said, reaching the doors of Casita.

The doors swung open and the tiles lifted you both up and pushed you inside, quickly shutting the doors behind. "I can't see through the rain!" You yelled, squinting your eyes.

"Me either!! We should just get Casita to bring us to Pepa!" Julieta shouted back. Casita immediately carried you towards the middle of the house and left you there.

Through the rain you could see the flashes of yellow and green, showing Bruno and Pepa standing together.

You stepped close enough to hear Pepa yelling at Bruno and looked a bit to the left and noticed señora Alma calling out to the two arguing triplets.

You stumbled forward and grabbed Pepa's hand without hesitation. "Pepa!! You need to Calm Down!!" You yelled over the thunder.

"HOW CAN I CALM DOWN!?" Pepa screamed back. "BRUNO JUST RUINED MY CHANCES WITH FELIX!!"

"How are you so sure??!!" You yelled back. "BECAUSE- because..." Pepa said uncertainly, causing the rain to die down a bit.

You took Pepa's other hand and the rain, once again, got lighter. "Pepa! Felix and you are perfect for each other! Don't worry!" You said with a reassuring smile.

"Really?" Pepa asked, letting the rain calm down more. "Of course, so maybe you should go to him and ask him out instead!" You suggested.

Pepa looked away from you nervously. "I don't know.." You cut her off, "Pepa, trust me!" You said, leading her out of the house.

With convenient timing, Felix came running up to Casita. "Pepa! Are you okay!? I saw the storm inside Casita!" Felix called, running up to her.

Pepa nodded and looked sideways at you nervously. You gave her thumbs up and she took a deep breath before locking eyes with Felix.

A small worry cloud came over her head, "Felix, doyouwanttogooutwithmesometime?" She asked in a rushed sentence. Felix's worried expression turned into a massive grin.

"Of course Mi vida!!" He said, picking Pepa up by the waist and spinning her around. He put her back down as the sun shone brighter by the second and a rainbow appeared overhead in the sky.

You smiled at the scene before turning around and heading back into Casita. You paused at the door and peered in to see señora Alma yelling at Bruno.

Julieta walked over to you and watched with a sympathetic expression. "Poor Bruno.." You murmur under your breath. Julieta nodded slightly in agreement.

After another minute of yelling señora Alma finally stormed away from Bruno leaving him looking small and afraid. You took a step forward in attempt to go comfort him but Julieta grabbed your arm.

You shrug Julieta off and rush up to Bruno who was still standing there motionless. You wrap your arms around him and feel his head fall into the curve of your neck.

You rubbed his back with your hand as he sniffled. "Oh Bruno." You mumbled, stroking his hair. Bruno's hands hung at his sides as he started to sob.

"I'm sorry." You say, placing your head on his shoulder. "You didn't deserve this."

You looked up to see Felix, Pepa and Julieta watching you but you didn't care. You continued to rub Bruno's back and whisper to him about how much he means to everybody.

After a while Bruno lifted his head, showing red eyes and dry tears on his cheeks. "Thank you." He said quietly.

You smile slightly and place your hand on his cheek. "No need to thank me." You reply. Bruno placed his hand over yours and lowered it so you were both holding hands.

"Now seems like the perfect time to use our new secret room." You say with a small grin. Bruno smiled back and you both went up to the painting upstairs. You paused suddenly and looked down to make sure the other 3 weren't still watching.

When you didn't see anyone you got Bruno to open the painting and you both climbed through. You grinned as an idea came to mind and you looked over at Bruno.

"Wanna race?" You asked and he grinned back. "Your going down!" He said, taking off early. "Hey! Cheater!" You yelled with a laugh as you took off after him.

You both ran over the wooden planks with quick agility as Bruno gained a small lead and rebounded from wall to wall over the hole in the floor. You grinned and jumped across the walls but you lost your footing on the edge of the hole and fell back.

You grabbed onto the edge of the wood, getting a splinter stuck in your palm. "Help! Please Bruno help!" You screamed, trying to pull yourself up. "You felt your hand slip slightly but Bruno came rushing back, pulling you up.

You sat their taking in a shaky breath. "Are you okay?" Bruno asked, leaning closer to try help you.

You looked up and realised how close you both were. Your faces resting only a few centimetres apart. You felt his breath against your skin as your eyes met his.

A blush spread across both of your faces as Bruno helped you to your feet. "Thanks.." You mumble breathlessly. "Yeah no problem.." Bruno mumbled back.

"So should we keep going or-" Bruno started with a flustered expression. "Bruno." You said, suddenly 100% aware of how you felt in that moment.

"I could have fallen back then." You said, looking up at Bruno's face. "If I had died... then I realised I never would have gotten do something." You said.

"Do what?" Bruno asked. You let out a nervous breath before you stepped forward and pressed your lips against his.

You had finally done it. You kissed him.
