You and Julieta have been dating for a year now. before she made time for you but lately she's been more focused on helping the town and it hurts you. you love this woman with all your heart. for the past month and a half you hardly seen her. maybe 15 times at most.
you go to town square hoping to see Julieta but you see your bestfriend Felix and Pepa. you walk over and bro hug Felix and he can see you are upset.
"what's going on?" he ask
"um.. have you two seen Julieta? I need to talk to her. " your voice breaks a bit saying her name
"she's back home... " Pepa said looking at you concern
You nod and walk off without saying bye. You walk quietly thinking of what you would say to her. You pick a few flowers on your way like you always did. when you get there and see Alma you give her the flowers and kiss her cheek. she always loved you.
"here to see Julieta?" she ask
you nod.
"si Señora Alma."
"hopefully to finally propose " she nudges you
you force a smile and head to the kitchen. There you see your beloved cooking. You want to cry and stand there until She turns and sees you.
"oh mi dulce. " she smiles and kisses your cheek.
You break and just cry all the hurt. Julieta concern stops everything and hug you.
"hey what's wrong? i'm here. " she tries to comfort you
You gently move her off you and look at her with tears running down your face
"no you aren't here. that's the problem. you haven't been around for me. I use to feel like i had the world at my fingertips when you was next to me. You and I always had time for one another. I understood you had an obligation and you promised to never make me feel like i didn't matter. you told me that the town may need you but you needed me... I can't be in a relationship where I won't see you for days unless I seek you out. my heart feels like it was ripped out my chest and rolled into dough and burnt. It wasn't touched by your delicate hands that would touch me and make me feel comfortable. Love can do damaged and you was my whole life. my first everything. I can't do this anymore i'm sorry. " you cry

she starts to cry and your heart completely shatters. you kiss the top of her head and walk out. She falls to her knees crying.
