On the last day of our exam, we kinda believed that we had it as planned. Hindi ko na nakausap si Louisse at Chloe kasi nagmamadali sila, they texted when they reached the airport.

"I'm excited to sleep," I said lowly after we had our dinner.

"Maligo kana, I'll just finish this," he commanded.

"Sabay na tayo," walang emosyong sabi ko. "Are you sure we don't need to stay and wait for the remedials?"

"I'm sure," he smiled genuinely. "Sila Louisse nga pumunta na agad ng US diba?"

"Sila Louisse yun, eh tayo?"

He walked to me after he dried-up his hands. "Baby, I had our scores tallied, we're good. We passed, trust me."

"Fine," I hugged him back. "Let's shower, then let's sleep," I murmured.

"Fine," I chuckled. "Let's make it quick, I'm sleepy."

"Damn, sleep-deprived but still the hottest," he carried me.

The shower was quick, even the love making.

"What time is it?" I buried my face more on his neck. Niyakap din naman niya ako agad.

"Two in the afternoon," he mumbled. "Sorry, I'm supposed to cook you breakfast, but I was tired and sleepy. Nakatulog ako ulit."

"It's fine, let's just order," I gave him a reassuring smile. "Nakalimutan kong mag-book ng ticket, Jus."

"Then, just book later," he said. "Hawaii?"

"Can we go there? Mahal na yung ticket."

"We'll go. I can afford it, just book it, baby," he slowly helped me get up. "Anong gusto mong kainin?"

"Order kang sinigang sa max, and chicken, or kare-kare?"

He chuckled. "Magkakaroon kana, 'no?"

"Oh, shit!" I was annoyed. "Basta magbibikini ako. Wala kang magagawa."

We ordered brunch while I booked our flight to Hawaii.

Bahagya yung pagtawa niya. He looked at me like I'm some goddess he's ready to worship, but me, staring at him calmed me like it paralyzed my worries of unforseen things.

"I'm so proud of you," his lips curled up. "We made it through our first year, I told you, we'll make it."

"Honestly, I never doubted you, alam ko namang kaya mo."
