TOM HIDDLESTON AS A FATHER FLUFF + CHRISTMAS SPECIAL, WHO DOESN'T LOVE THAT?

Prompt: Christmas eve with your husband Tom and your children. In the end, the reader gets a huge present.

Warnings: none! Pure fluff. Like one swear word.

Like 1.2k words.

You watched through the window as two little curly-haired heads would desappear and reappear, jumping around the garden of the country house.

"They love coming here." Tom said, joining your side to watch them.

"I always did too." You smile. "Now even more, even though this is far from peaceful like it used to be."

"And it will only get messier." He says placing his hand on your growing belly.

"This is the last one, Thomas." You say pointing at your belly.

"Or not." He shrugs.

You cross your arms and look at him with an angry expression.

"Come on! We tried so hard, now you want to stop?" He squeezes your cheeks, making you smile. "Besides... They are adorable."

He was right, your kids were angels. Elena was 6 years old, a little more mischievous than her brother. She looked so much like Tom, and he would do anything she asked. Could you complain, though? He did the same to you. Gael was 4 years old, he was more quiet and a really smart boy. He looked a lot like you, but Tom's genes were still strong. Your unborn baby was going to be nine months in a few days, and it was another boy, but you didn't agree on a name yet.

"Yes, it is." You ignore the part he was correct about. "I carry them nine months, go through all that pain so they are born and love you more."

"Who said they love me more?"

"DADDY!!!" You hear two excited screams and soon their sources join you in the kitchen.

You look at him with raised eyebrows and he laughs.

"There was a frog!" Elena announces and Gael nodds.

"If you touched the frog, you have to wash your hands." You say, watching the guilt appear in their faces.

"We didn't." Gael says, hiding his hands behind his back. "The frog is fast."

"Santa doesn't bring presents to children who lie, you know." Tom says, hiding his laughter.

They look at each other for a moment.

"I want to wash my hands." Elena says and her brother agrees.

"Alright. Why don't we take a shower? Then you can continue to play inside. It's getting dark." Tom offers to take them upstairs while you finish dinner.

They try to resist, but you told them Santa prefers clean children.

They were that worried about Santa because it was christmas eve, and it was the first year they made their own letter. Well, Elena wrote both and Gael did the decoration.

Even thought your parents insisted on the opposite, you and Tom decided to spend christmas alone with the kids at the country house, because if it wasn't for that house, they wouldn't even have been born, so you started to like it even more. Besides, the kids had a lot of space to play.

You and Tom were great parents, he would help you with anything you needed, he would never make you feel like it was your job because you were the mother, and he really loved to do everything with his children.
