"Look at us! We make the cutest nurse and doctor!" You smiled at your husband. Chris stared down at you, noting the outfit you wore, the skirt a bit too short for his liking, but so long as he was beside you at the party tonight, no one could try anything. You noticed his looks, eyeing him up and down with your hands resting on your hips.

"What? I know you want to say something." You giggled. Chris sighed.

"Is the skirt really... y'know..." He waved a hand in your direction. Scoffing, you turned your head to gaze down at it.

"The skirt is supposed to be this short." You told him with a chuckle. Chris nodded, wrapping his hand around your waist. He pressed his lips against your cheek as the two of you made your way to his waiting car. RDJ was hosting a Halloween party this year and of course, you were going. It would be shameful if you didn't show up.

But what you failed to mention to your sweet husband, was the fact you were pregnant. You had found out a few days ago but was trying desperately to figure out a way to tell him. You thought about releasing the news tonight, yet you were slightly hesitant with it being Halloween and all.

Once you arrived at the party, Robert had announced he was having a haunted house. You weren't one for scary things, but Chris was all for it.

"You will piss yourself, Chris, no!" You laughed. He shrugged his shoulders with a coy smirk.

"If I die, I'm going to haunt your ass." He winked, squeezing your bottom in his hands.

The night unfolded and as the party carried forward, you were sipping on the juice you had, unable to down any of the alcoholic goodies since you were now carrying a small human being. You watched as Chris kept it to one. He noticed you weren't drinking and it made him wary, you never passed up the opportunity to drink at one of RDJ's bashes.

"Is everything okay?" Chris asked you later on once you two were dancing. The party was a complete success. Tom Holland, Chris Hemsworth, his wife, Elsa, Tom Hiddleston, Mark Ruffalo, every cast member in the MCU that affiliated with Robert in some shape or form was there. Chris had pulled you off the side to talk to you when he noticed your face turning pale. You were feeling nauseous. Morning sickness? More like all-day sickness. And this was just the beginning.

You nodded, rubbing your face. "I'm okay... I know this is lame of me to ask, but do you think we could head home a bit early?"

You had to tell him. There was no denying it.

Chris immediately obeyed your wishes, letting everyone know you were headed out early. And on the car ride home, the queasiness soon subsided, giving you a breath of relief. Chris gazed over at you, his hand intertwined with yours.

"What's going on, baby?" He called out to you.

Inhaling sharply, you decided to just blurt it out.

"I'm pregnant."

Chris' blue eyes were wide. "W-What?" He stammered, pulling into the driveway. "Are you serious?!" He exclaimed with a huge smile. You nodded, giggling silently.

"I found out three days ago..." You trailed, watching as he pushed himself out of the car and rushed over to your side. Jerking your door open, Chris immediately reached into the passenger's seat and scooped you up, rushing you inside once he unlocked the door. You squealed as he raced you to your shared bedroom. Laying you flat on your back, he hovered above you, his hand rested on your now flat stomach that would soon bulge outward in the next few months.

"We're having a baby?" He asked you, kissing you softly. With tears running down your face, you nodded your head.

Chris kissed you hard once more, carefully unbuttoning the front of your costume.

"Chris?" You giggled, his voice deep in your ear.

"Take. It. Off." He muttered, his lips pressing against your neck. "This calls for celebration."
