만 is a very often used particle in the Korean language. This particle is attached to the noun of a sentence. For example:

그 여자 좋아요 = I only like that woman

This example shows 만 attached to the noun but it can also be attached to many other words too.

If "만" is attached to a subject or an object, the 를/을 and 는/은 are eliminated from the sentence. Check out the lesson about "를/을 & 는/은" for more information about these particles! Here are some examples:

Sentence: I only met one friend
Without "만" : 저 친구 한 명 만났어요

With "만" : 저 친구 한 명 만났어요

Any questions are welcome! See you next time :))
