You must hvae heard the word "진짜" a lot. Variety shows, dramas, movies, etc. As you already can see in the tittle '진짜' means 'really'.

really - 진짜 - jinjja

진짜 does not only mean 'really'. 진짜 is also a kind of spicy korean noodles. Ramen is korean noodles. Another name for Ramen is Ramyeon. You can say both. both are right.

Ramyeon / Ramen - 라면

Now. there are also other words for saying really or real.

Really - 정말 - Jeongmal

Really, truly - 정말로 - Jeongmalro (maybe you have already noticed that you have just put 로 at the end of 정말 here)

Really - 참 - Cham

'참' is also a kind of a korean beer.
