I throw on a loosing fitting long dress seeing as how he still has yet to tell me where he is taking me. Just as I walk over to pick my shoes out my phone dings letting me know I have a message
Aahil- I'll be there soon I had to make a stop.
I send him a thumbs-up emoji and slide on my sneakers. Usually, I would wear heels but for all I know, we can be walking all day. I put all my necessities in my bag and open my room door.
And there he stood
"Hello." His eyes light up with excitement, with a smile creeps onto his face. His eyes trail down my body then back up to my eyes
"That was quick," I say while closing the door behind me.
"Well, I did say I would be here soon." He trailed behind me, not letting me get an inch away from him. He goes to wrap his hand around my waist but I quickly turn around not letting him get the chance
"So where are you taking me?" I turn back around and I hear him scoff behind me.
"Well, first breakfast. Then a museum you said you wanted to learn more about my country then, later on, is dinner." He walks in front of me and opens the door I gladly get in.
"So you're dropping me off back here right?" He looks over at me and smirks.
"No." He rolls the window down and takes drives off how the hell am I supposed to freshen up before we go because I'm most definitely not wearing this to dinner.
" I'm just playing but you can't take long because I made reservations." I nod my head and look out the window.
" I'm surprised you didn't argue this time."
"Well, I do want to know more and you're the only person I know." He chuckles but doesn't take his eyes off the road. Silence soon follows.
Breakfast ended up turning into lunch at this really secluded restaurant. All the other places we were gonna go to was packed and he didn't want to step foot in there.
We finally made it to the museum after all these hours on the road and boy am I happy I didn't wear my heels. Not only is this place huge as we pulled up into the parking lot I already know there's gonna be an echo there always is.
"Here, put these on." He hands me a headscarf and sunglasses. I give him a confused look because he could have told me to wear one, to begin with.
"You could have said to wear it hours ago I had some in my luggage." I sigh and pull down the sun visor that has the mirror attached to it so I can attempt to do this properly.
"Well, I didn't think a lot of people would be out today and unless you want to be followed home I suggest you do as I say." He says sternly he puts on his sunglasses as I roll my eyes in annoyance
"Could you at least give me a damn safety pin please?" I let out a frustrated sigh as he reaches into the glove compartment. He hands it to me and I quickly pin it in place. I slide the glasses on, and honestly, whoever classes these sunglasses needs to go back to the drawing board.
It's black when you look at them from the outside but you can clearly see everything on the inside. How is this got to protect against the sun?
I hear the door slam as I go to push the sun visor back into place then my door opens. I get out ignoring his hand and I hear him curse under his breath.
I fix my dress making sure everything was okay and look over to him signaling that I'm ready
