Aahil's pov
I tried to get some sleep last night but that wasn't as successful. Even in my dreams, my thoughts wouldn't leave me alone. I rolled over moving closer to Jamila wanting to be close. Today was the last full day I had with her. I at least want it to be nice and not filled with either one of us crying.
Reaching over her waist I caressed her belly a smile crept on my lips as I began to rub slight circles. She muttered something then turned over nuzzling into me.
I smiled and kissed her forehead. "hubiy , hayati , ruhi , kulu shay'in." (My love, my life, my soul, my everything.)
I pulled her in closer and closed my eyes. There was no way I could go back to sleep but her scent alone was intoxicating. I wonder if she would let me take something of hers with me.
"Aahil, you're thinking too hard." She whined in her sleepy voice while shoving her face deeper into my neck.
I chuckled and kissed her forehead, "how did you know?"
"Your fingers...they keep going tap tap tap on my back-" she yawned and pressed her lips up against my shoulder. " and you keep moving them."
I hummed and attempted to pull her closer but her belly put a stop to that. I smirked as she placed small kisses on the side of my neck.
"Go back to sleep it's early." She said
I gave her a hum in agreement knowing that if I didn't I wouldn't hear the last of it.
It's funny because every time I go to bed late she could be asleep stiff as a rock but as soon as I cuddle up next to her I'm getting scolded. The only time I escape is when the twins tire her out. I shift slightly as I feel her body relax
"Don't even think about moving or I will bite you!" She warned I cursed to myself, then quickly chuckled, only Jamila would fall asleep and then wake up and scold me.
"You do it anyway."
"Mhm, it's because I love you now sleep!"
I sighed as she readjusted herself now with her back facing me. " Okay okay."

"Will you tell me where we are going now?" She asked turning back to me as I was in the trunk making sure I had everything. "What are you doing back there? Are those pillows?" I chuckled at her never-ending stream of questions and closed the trunk door.
" I'm taking you on a date," I said while driving off.
"A date with pillows?" she raised her brow already knowing exactly what she was thinking I couldn't help but chuckle
"Habibti?" Here goes nothing. She leaned her back against my chest and I quickly lifted her shirt up. I leaned over to grab her favorite moisturizer and began to rub it onto her belly. I smirked feeling one of the twins kick back.
"Hm?" She says in a sleepy tone I chuckled
"Can I ask you something serious?" She nodded her head and let out a sigh of relief when I started massaging the underside of her belly.
