The Avengers, Wanda, Pietro, Vision and Wade were all in the jet waiting to go to Sokovia and defeat Ultron and get Natasha back. Alina sat with Wade at the back, the couple talking between themselves as she plaited her hair into two French plaits, unlike Natasha and Wanda who chose it would be better to have their hair flying around in their eyes all the time.
"Wade, stop glaring at her." Alina ordered when she saw the eyes of his mask squint at Wanda. "That's my job."
"She made you see Alexei and Dreykov. That must have been very traumatic." Wade mumbled.
"It was. I could smell the bad breath." Alina hummed, finishing her last plait. "And now Steve will give big speech."
"Ultron knows we're coming. Odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire. And that's what we signed up for. But the people of Sokovia, they didn't. So our priority is getting them out. All they want is to live their lives in peace. And that's not gonna happen today. But we can do our best to protect them. And we can get the job done. We find out what Ultron's been building, we find Romanoff, and we clear the field. Keep the fight between us. Ultron thinks we're monsters. That were what's wrong with the world. This isn't just about beating him. It's about whether he's right." Steve finished and Tony glanced at him.
"I'm tearing up." Wade said, fanning his face dramatically.
"I still don't get that." Tony mumbled, gesturing between Alina and Wade.
They landed in Sokovia and Bruce went to find Natasha while everyone else started to evacuate the people from the city. Steve was leading cars out of the city, Wade and Alina checking buildings to make sure no one was left behind in some of them.
Ultron was in the church and Tony flew to speak with him, finding out Ultron was now vibranium. A machine shot out of the ground and slammed into the floor, also made of vibranium. Robots began to fly up from the water into the city and they alway crawled out of the ground.
Alina left the building she was in and saw two robots flying towards her. She pulled out a baton from her thigh, flicking it outwards to make them longer. The Widow stabbed it into one's head and then flipped it, stabbing it into the other one. They crackled and dropped the the floor.
Wade jumped down from a balcony, landing on the back of a robot. He pulled out his katanas and stuck them into its neck, wiggling them to cut at the wires. When they broke, the robot fell to the floor and he landed on his feet, spotting Alina ripping a robots arms off and then its head.
Vision was fighting Ultron in the broken church and managed to shut him out of the Internet which angered the robot. He then activated his device and the ground started to crackle. Wade slipped on the floor when it began to break under him.
