"I've already made coffee" Timothee smiled.

"Thank you" I said still half asleep.

He left me alone probably because he knew I wasn't a morning person. As I was taking sips of coffee, yesterdays events came flooding back and I couldn't bring myself to look at my phone, but eventually I caved. I wanted to know what they where saying about Timothee. I mean he seemed pretty fine with it all which was weird. I'd expected him to wake up this morning and realise he'd made a huge mistake but there was no sign of that.

'Timothee Chalamet involved in attack in New York'

'Fight involving Timothee Chalamet broke out in New York'

'What's happened to Timothee Chalamet?'

They were all the same headlines really but the damage came when I read further.

'...Though there is no footage of the attack multiple people reported seeing Timothee punch a man of similar age in the face. It's believed there was an argument between his new girlfriend Lucie Sarsadia and this mystery guy. What will this mean for the stars career? Is this behaviour the influence of his girlfriend?'

I opened Timothee's wardrobe which I now had my own small section of clothes in, though I did like to steal his sweatshirts and tees.

"Hey Timothee I um-" I said while walking into the kitchen.

I stopped when I saw him looking down at his phone. His expression had changed from when I woke up to him this morning. The moment he saw me he put aside his phone and did a very good job of faking a smile.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing...what was it you wanted to ask me?"

"That doesn't matter...you seemed upset"

"Lucie everything's fine"

"You're lying"

"About what?"

"You're pretending to be fine for me, don't"

He sighed and put has hand on the back of his neck.

"Its nothing I can't handle" he half smiled before pulling me in to his arms "Anyway what was it you were going to tell me?"

"Oh nothing...just I have some work to do"

I grabbed my bag, phone and keys before heading to the front door. Timothee put his hand underneath my chin and pulled my face gently so I was looking at him. He stared deep into my eyes before dropping his hand and pulling me into a hug.

I was back at my apartment and truth is I didn't have any work to do. The articles I read were running in the back of my mind because well they were somewhat true. This wouldn't of happened if I hadn't gotten myself into the situation. I was stupid and reckless and selfish. Anything I do impacts Timothee as long as I'm with him.

I took a shower hoping it'd make me feel better which it didn't and spent the rest of the day in bed. I'd been filling myself up with every article posted about Timothee which probably wasn't the best idea.

The next week I spent as much time as possible at the studio and as soon as I got back I slept. No one had mentioned the whole Timothee thing but I knew they'd read the same things I had.

I hadn't seen Timothee since I left his apartment that morning. I'd sent him brief texts that I was busy with work and I hated lying to him which is why I made myself be at the studio so much.

"You good?" Tate asked me as I was staring at a blank page in my notebook.

"Yeah" I said unconvincingly.
