Despite feeling better over Michael's reaction to his outfit. Prince Luke was overwhelmed as they walked into the ballroom.

It was not as big as his family's, however, Luke had never seen this many people in one room.

He learned too many names, had to look out for too many people Michael warned him about, and had to dance the entire night.

"Are we still dancing the first dance together?" Luke asked nervously.

"Of course," Michael smiled. "I know Katherine had promised you a dance, but since she is the bride, I suggest you wait until she approaches you. Even if you'll have other partners lined up, they will understand. She's the bride after all."

"Okay," Luke noticed people were staring at him. "Then do I ask other people to dance or?"

Michael, who was standing next to him turned so he was in front of him. "Luke, calm down. People will come up to you and ask you to dance with them. If not, go and ask Oscar, Katherine's brother. He rarely dances but he will if you ask him. And I'm pretty sure Julianne and Felicity will be dying to dance with you. They're friends with your brothers so they will interrogate you till you'll regret saying yes to the dance."

Luke smiled at Michael. He couldn't believe he ever thought this man was mean.

Another thing the prince underestimated Michael on was his dancing skills.

He took the lead and after the first, bride and groom only dance, they joined the dance floor.

It was a slow dance so Michael could whisper more names to him as they turned around.

Being this close to Michael made him feel grounded, but there was something about holding his hand, Michael's breath on his cheek that made it hard to focus on the names and faces.

When the dance was over, Princess Felicity immediately came over to ask for the next one. Luke smiled at Michael but let go of his hand reluctantly.

As Michael predicted, Felicity didn't beat around the bush and started to interrogate him about his brothers immediately.

"How are Jack and Ben?" She smiled as Luke tried to concentrate on leading.

"Very sad they couldn't make it. Unlike me, they thrive in social environments."

"Oh shush," Felicity smiled. "This is only your first time at an event like this, when do you turn eighteen?"

"Next summer."

"I'm telling you, Luke, you'll make a few friends tonight, and the rest will start writing you letters immediately. You're single and good-looking. You're important enough for most of them to want and marry you. I'm twenty-five and I still get letters from men and women, trying to marry a princess. Some of these people have more money than royalty, but they want the title, they want the magic in their bloodlines."

Luke blushed when she mentioned marriage. He never even kissed anyone. Even Ashton said no.

"Can I ask, why aren't you married yet?"

"I was engaged," She explained. "To a man I just described to you, wealthy but unimportant in the royal circles. I didn't care about that. I thought we were in love. Turned out he did care. And that was the only thing he cared about."
