Lisa

Unable to help herself, Lisa let her eyes fall onto Jennie's perfectly heart shaped ass that was on complete display as she leaned over the desk. She was wearing a form fitting dress, but didn't have to show any skin to flaunt her delicious curves. Lisa followed the shape of her body all the way down to her flawlessly toned legs when she felt an elbow quickly jab into her ribs.

Fuck you Hoony.

"Here's what I found so far," Jennie started.

"Hyun-suk wants dad to invest in a few high-end restaurants. He sent over some numbers for dad to look at - these right here." She tapped on a few documents, letting Jin skim over them with his eyes.

"I got to say Jennie, these numbers are solid. Damn good even. I'm not seeing what you're seeing." Jin said after looking at the financial documents for a minute or two. "I thought the same thing, but look at this one. See these quarterly profits?" she pointed to a document and let Jin read the numbers next to her finger. "Yeah, what about them? Those are impressive numbers Bug."

"Exactly. This location had a highly successful quarter. Massive quarterly profit which seems like a great investment, all except for the fact that according to this..." She moved around the desk and pointed to a different document. "... shows that that particular location had been shut down for maintenance and renovation for six months. If this location hadn't even completed its build out, how on earth did it turn a profit?"

Lisa and Hoony were listening intently, but were too far from the desk to see any of the names or specific information on the documents. "Did you double check the dates to be sure?" Lisa asked, trying to get an invite to the party.

Here we go, you'll either shut me out completely or you'll let me in... which one will it be Jennie girl?

Jennie and Jin both lifted their gaze to Lisa before Jennie spoke directly to her. "Come and check for yourself, I mean if I'm wrong someone tell me please, but this just doesn't add up to me." Jennie offered without any hesitation.

Thank God. I'm guessing our conversation about my military clearance paid off just now, that or she just flat out trusts me. I sure hope it's the second option.

Lisa joined them at the table looking only at the document that Jennie was referencing and memorising everything she could.

"See?" she said over her shoulder as Lisa leaned in.

"They cooked the books and reported a profit that just appeared out of thin air." Jennie said.

"It didn't come from thin air, it came from a drug cartel - he's been in bed with the cartel for years laundering their dirty money and I'm sure this is no exception. When are you going to tell dad?" Jin asked in a low tone, clearly disgusted with Hyun-suk.

"I told dad two days ago." Jennie said.

"What?" Jin roared.

"I told him two days ago that I wasn't going to accept the deal, but he hadn't set a meeting with Hyun-suk yet. Apparently Hyun-suk found out some other way, which is why he was so mad last night. He found out from a third party that his proposal had been rejected instead of from dad himself."

"Un-fucking-believable." Jin let out an irritated sigh and braced his weight on Jennie's desk before turning swiftly for the door.

"Fuck this. I'm going to talk to him about this right now." Jin seethed.

"Jin, don't it's fine. I handled my own with Hyun-suk last night." she tried to reassure him, but Jin was on a warpath.

"No, it's bullshit Jennie. Dad should have handled that the second you brought it to him, not left you in the wind in Hyun-suk's crosshairs. That guy is a fucking monster and you and I both know what he's capable of. Dad should know that better than all of us, but he's too busy playing politician to look out for his own flesh and blood."
