Lisa

The next morning, every injured member of the team had been cared for with Bambam and Lucas fully bandaged and in slings and Hoony's head and neck stitched to perfection and covered. Jennie had slept in the waiting room between Lisa and Marcus while Alpha team left to run an errand.

Thirty minutes later the men were being discharged when Lisa's phone buzzed with a text, letting them know they had returned and that the package they had gone to pick up was in the parking garage. "Kook and B picked up our package and have it in the parking garage," Lisa said to Bambam.

"Perfect." Bambam growled as both teams headed toward the parking garage to meet Jong-kook and Jay B.

"What's in the package?" Jennie asked, looking up at Lisa.

"You'll see." Lisa said with a grin. As soon as they reached the garage, Lisa saw Jong-kook and Jay B leaned against an SUV, smiling big once they laid eyes on their teammates.

"Picked up a present for you Jennie." Jay B said as he reached into the vehicle and flung a man to the ground in front of them. Jennie squeaked in surprise and clung to Lisa's arm at the sight until she finally registered that the man on the ground was her father's attorney. He was shaking with his arms in a surrender pose, clutching his briefcase for dear life as the team towered over him with deep scowls.

"Get the fucking papers out." Jong-kook growled.

Jong-kook's words struck fear into the man's heart and he frantically fished the papers from his briefcase, holding them up as they shook along with his frightened hands. The next thing he reached for was a pen, but Jay B wasn't having it. "Nah fuck you." Jay B snapped as he pulled a pen from inside the SUV and handed it to Jennie, lightening his scowl when he handed the pen directly to her and giving her a reassuring wink.

Lisa turned around and braced her hands on her knees, letting Jennie use her back as a table top to sign the papers on every flagged section. She flipped through every page and got to the part that needed a thumb print.

"I need an ink pad." she said, causing all eyes to shift toward the mess of a man that was shaking on the ground. "I have one in my... b-b-bag." The man said, holding his bag up in the air. Lisa straightened her posture at the man's words and walked towards him with a lethal expression on her face. She crouched down beside the shaking coward as she unsheathed a tactical knife from a holster on the back of her belt. "If there's anything in that fucking bag that's going to hurt Jennie, you better say so right fucking now." Lisa said in a deep voice that was meant to be obeyed as she displayed the wicked looking knife in front of the man's face so he could see every serrated edge.

"It's j-just ink."

"I'll give you one more chance old man, because if any harm comes to Jennie I'm gonna use this to peel back every inch of skin on your body. I could skin you alive and keep you that way for days... do you believe me?" Lisa seethed as she ran the edge of the knife underneath one of the buttons on the man's shirt and sliced it off. "I swear! I swear!" the man cried out, as Jay B inspected the contents of the bag.

Jay B handed Lisa the ink pad, letting her inspect it as well. Lisa turned it over in her hand and sniffed it, rubbing the ink between her fingers first and waiting a few minutes to make sure it was safe. "Get an alcohol wipe out of my bag Mac." Lisa said as she pressed Jennie's thumb into the pad, letting her stamp the paper then immediately removing the ink from her skin.

It's done.

Jennie let out a hard sigh and stared at the papers for a few seconds, taking it what it meant. "It's done." she said as if she had read Lisa's mind.

"Do I need to call Jin and let him know?"

"He's on his way." Jong-kook said. As if Jong-kook had spoken him into existence, Lisa saw Jin's tall lean body appear from around the corner with his bodyguard trailing behind him as he took heavy angry steps toward them.

Jin's eyes went wide when he saw the condition of Bambam, Lucas and Hoony, but he quickly schooled his expression and stayed in character. "About fucking time." Jin growled at Jennie, brushing past her as if she didn't exist.

I know that hurt you Jennie. Hold my hand baby, remember it's just an act.

Lisa clutched Jennie's hand tightly, feeling her squeeze back in return trying to conceal how much her brother's dismissal had wounded her. She had been through so much in the past twenty four hours and Lisa knew that all Jennie had wanted in that moment was a comforting hug from her big brother, but received nothing but hateful words and rejection.

Jin signed the papers and stamped his thumb print before handing them back to the attorney who was now standing. Jin stood with his back to the attorney and his bodyguard as he spewed more venom at Jennie. "Now that this is over, I don't want you slinking around the office anymore. You're no longer welcome Jennie and won't be involved from this point onwards, you fucking hear me?" Jin said in a hateful tone.

Jennie's brows furrowed at Jin's malicious words, but softened ever so slightly when Jin mouthed 'I'm sorry.' after he had finished his spiteful rant. Staying in character herself, Jennie took a step forward as if she were going to put her hands on Jin, switching their position as she turned her back to the other men and delivered her own verbal blows. "I don't want any part of the shit you're involved with Jin, so you have nothing to worry about. We're done. I am done with you." she spat before she mouthed a quick 'I love you. Please stay safe'.

Jin disappeared as quickly as he had appeared, throwing up a hand signal to Kook behind his back as he walked out of the parking garage alongside the attorney and his bodyguard. "Kid's a fucking natural." Kook said once Jin had rounded the corner and was out of sight.

Lisa and Jennie both smiled at Jong-kook's compliment to Jin. Even Lisa had to admit Jin was doing an incredible job. Undercover work wasn't easy especially when it hit so close to home, but Jin was handling it like a professional - like an operative.

"Proud of you Jennie girl. I know that wasn't easy," Lisa said as she pressed her lips against Jennie's forehead.

"So what's the plan Kook? Bambam asked.

"Talked to Don on our way to pick up that piece of shit. Said to send Jennie, Bravo and Lucas stateside, while myself, Jay B and Ten stay to back up Jin until we can take Jiyong out."

Lisa felt a pang of jealousy that Kook, Jay B, and Ten were going to get the satisfaction of killing Jiyong, but she understood and orders were orders.
