Sa sobrang pagod ni Lucian ay agad itong nakatulog kahit na pilit niyang hindi matulog dahil takot na baka mawala na naman ako sa kaniyang paningin. We're both lying on my bed.

I bit my lower lip as I stared at his face. "Sleep tight, baby."

Mahigpit ang yakap niya sa aking baywang habang nakasubsob ang mukha sa aking dibdib. Patuloy kong sinuklay ang kaniyang buhok gamit ang aking mga daliri para mas humimbing ang tulog nito. Hanggang sa nakaramdam ako ng antok at nakatulog na rin.

I looked at the clock, it's seven in the morning. Pinagmasdan ko si Lucian na mahimbing pa rin ang tulog. I took off his arm on my waist. Umalis ako sa kama para makaligo at ayusin ang gamit ko.

May mga naiwan pa akong mga damit dito sa condo ko. I wore my long sleeveless dress. Lumabas ako mula sa kuwarto at nag-order ng makakain.

Napatingin ako sa phone ko nang tumunog iyon dahil sa tawag.

"Hey. Good morning. Did I wake you up?" ani Acel.

"Good morning. No, kanina pa ako gising. And I ordered food."

"Okay. Call us if you need something, okay?"

"Yes. Thank you. Bye," I said before I hung up the call.

Napalingon ako at nakita si Lucian na hinihingal at gulat na makita ako. He walked towards me while looking at me. He's topless and just in his slacks.

I smiled. "Good morning. I ordered food. Let's eat-" I stopped from talking when he suddenly hugged me.

His hug is so tight that I could barely breathe. He even sniffed my neck. Niyakap ko siya pabalik.

"Good morning. How's your sleep?" I said gently while caressing his nape.

He even clung more as I did that. He didn't talk and just stayed like that.

"Lucian. Let's eat. Wala ka pang kinakain. You can hug me later the whole day, whatever you want. Let's just eat first," aniko.

He slowly let go of me. Hindi siya umimik at pinagmamasdan lang ako.

"You... you're really here? So that wasn't a d-dream?" he said.

"I'm really here. And last night wasn't a dream. Let's eat." Tumango siya at umupo na sa upuan.

Nilagyan ko siya ng pagkain sa kaniyang plato. Habang siya ay pinapanood lamang ako. Tahimik kaming kumain. I watched him eat his food. I'm glad that he finally ate.

Nang matapos ay niligpit ko ang mga plato at hinugasan. Kung hindi ko pa siya pipilitin na maligo na ay hindi pa siya kikilos at patuloy lang sa paninitig sa akin.

Pumasok ako sa kuwarto ko at naabutan ko siyang kakalabas lang sa bathroom. His eyes widened when he saw me. He still looks so pale.

I smiled at him. He sighed and walked towards me. I made him sit on the bed. Tumayo ako sa harap niya at kinuha ang towel na nasa kaniyang balikat.

He stared at me with his soft eyes while I wiped his wet hair with the towel. He caressed my waist to my tummy. Until I felt his face on my tummy. He even kissed my tummy three times.

Malungkot akong napangiti at sinuklay ang buhok niyang basa pa. He looked up at me and hugged my waist while his chin was on my tummy.

"I can't believe you carried a baby in your tummy," he said in his low voice. Hindi ako umimik at nanatiling nakatitig sa kaniya.

"Our little angel is probably happy now because the Mommy is here with me," he continued.

Ngumiti ako at tumango. "Lucian. You don't need to be guilty, okay? Wala kang kasalanan. Someone told me that if I cry, our baby will be sad too. So you shouldn't cry na."
