Nagpatuloy na ako sa paglalakad at hindi na inintindi pa ang itsura ko. Nagtungo na kami sa dining table na may nakahain na pagkain. Tahimik akong kumain at ganoon din siya. Nang matapos ay dinala niya ako sa kaniyang living room.

Tulala lang akong nakaupo habang diretso ang tingin sa glass wall at nakatanaw sa nagtataasang mga building.

"Ella no está bien. I'm worried about her too. No, she won't tell me. I'm just waiting for her to talk..." I heard Kinn talking on the phone.

Lumapit siya sa akin at umupo sa single couch. He's seated while his legs crossed and watching me.

"Acel is on his way here. I told him that you're here."

Magsasalita pa sana siya nang may mabibigat na paa na paparating. We both turned at Acel who's out of breath, he looks like he just rushed while he is on the way here.

"Mierda. Vani! W-What happened? What did I miss?" anito, hiningal pa. He walked towards me and sat on the single couch, tapat ni Kinn.

I didn't respond. He didn't talk and waited for me to talk. I just stare at the view and wait for myself to speak up.

I sighed and looked down on my hands that's resting in my lap.

"I... have a baby," panimula ko.

Their eyes widened and lips parted. They are speechless and confused.

"But my baby is now g-gone. M-My baby died years ago without me knowing." Napatayo silang dalawa at parang nanigas sa narinig.

"W-What? D*mn it. I can't process it in my head," Kinn mumbled.

"You have a baby? And it f*cking... died?" naguguluhang si Acel.

"It died four years ago," I said in my small voice.

I took a deep breath. "When I got into an accident four year ago, I was taken to the hospital. There they found out I-I was pregnant. Because my body was weak then and my body could no longer handle it, I lost my baby. And I just found out about it last night."

"What... F*ck."

Acel was about to speal when his phone rang. Napatingin siya sa akin nang makita kung sino ang tumatawag.

"It's Zach. He's calling," he informed.

I nodded. Sinagot niya naman iyon at hindi maipinta ang mukha ng dalawa dahil sa mga nalaman.

"Yes. It's been a while. So what's up?" ani Acel sa katawagan.

"What? Solana? What about her?"

"He found out already," ani Kinn sa mahinang boses.

"Sure. I'll try finding her. Yeah. Bye. Goodluck," we heard Acel said.

"D*mn it. What's your plan now, Vani? Just tell us what you want us to do, we will help you," ani Acel.

I wiped my tears. "Gusto kong lumayo. Gusto kong dalhin ninyo ko sa lugar na malayo rito," usal ko.

Kinn nodded and caressed the side of my head. "Whatever you want, Vani."

Acel took a deep breath and sat beside me. "Don't worry. We will fix it for you. You can decide where you want to go. Just tell us, hm?"

Tumango ako at nagsimula na namang maging emosyon. "Thank you so much. I'm lucky 'cause I have the two of you."

They stared at me with their soft eyes. They have this soft sides that will barely see. This is not the first time that I saw this side of them. They're really good people. Iba lang ang tingin ng mga tao sa kanila dahil iyon ang sa tingin nila kahit na hindi pa lubusang kilala.
