"No Thoma, that's the wrong leg. You have to kick with the other one!" Zhongli groaned, "Sorry." Thoma's mind was more focused on the plan then to satisfy Zhongli's expectations.
"Just go on your break now, Jesus." Zhongli slumped into a chair in the corner.
They would be doing training outside but Thoma wasn't allowed outside of headquarters for now.
"Okay, thank you Zhongli." Thoma grabbed his bag and walked into the break room.
As he sat down, he began thinking about the plan again.
I don't think anything will go wrong..though I should be completely curtain before I take action.
Thoma took out a picture from his pocket.
I'm sorry Ayato,
Thoma felt a tear drop down his face, landing on the polaroid picture of Ayato.
But I don't know if I'll be coming back to you.
"Oh great, you again." Kaeya rolled his eyes as Childe entered the room.
"Listen here you little blue haired son of a bitch," Childe crouched down in front of Kaeya.
"I have to go to a meeting, so you better not try to escape." Childe pointed a knife at Kaeya, "I don't see how I'd be able to." Kaeya was immune to his threats now.
Childe stood up and put his knife away.
"If your not here when I get back I'll find you and kill you." Childe said before leaving, accidentally leaving the door open slightly.
Kaeya took a deep breath.
I really hope you're okay Albedo.
Kaeya couldn't bare the thought of how Childe must've treated Albedo.
Thoma was about to go back to training with Zhongli, but he glanced over to the crack in the door to see Childe in the hall, probably walking over to Tsaritsa's office.
Thoma's eyes widened.
Zhongli walked into the break room, "Thoma, we need to get back to training—" he stood there, confused because Thoma was no longer in the break room, but he did see the door wide open and Thoma's bag on the table.
Of course Thoma didn't leave to go to Childe's office without visiting his room to get the two-way radio.
Thoma didn't remember where Childe's door was and he was too sheepish to go knocking on random doors.
Shit..where am I suppose to—
He suddenly saw a door that was opened slightly.
He slowly walked towards it.
This has to be it.
He took a deep breath before peeking in.
He was Kaeya tied to a chair, looking down at the floor.
"Kaeya.." Thoma whispered as he walked in.
Kaeya looked up, his eyes widened at the sight of Thoma.
"Thoma?! What the hell are you doing here?!" Kaeya shout-whispered.
"Long story, Kaeya I need your help." Thoma took a knife out of his pocket and started cutting the ropes around Kaeya's legs and hands.
Kaeya looked over to Thoma cutting the rope off of his hands, "I'm sorry, am I hallucinating?" Kaeya was still in shock to see Thoma.
Thoma gave him an unimpressed look then slapped him on the head, "Do you think a hallucination could do that?" Thoma finished cutting the ropes.
Kaeya shrugged and got up.
"I need you to contact the chief on this radio alright? And do it quick, I can't have someone ruining this. I need to get these drugs out of the building before the police get here, I know the Fatui will hide it immediately when they see the police come." Thoma pushed the two-way radio into Kaeya's hands.
"Why can't you call the chief? You had it all this time wouldn't it have been easier?" Kaeya felt overwhelmed with all this, he didn't know what was happening or really what to do.
Thoma smiled softly, "I didn't want to give Ayato false hope." Thoma nodded at Kaeya and left.
If I call the chief then Albedo...
Kaeya bit his lip.
"Damn it.." Kaeya mumbled. He had no way out of this. He couldn't save Albedo this time...unless he hid Albedo.
But where would he hide him?
He knew he had to contact the chief right away or Thoma's plan might not work, that'd mean he would have about 20 minutes to figure out how to save Albedo.
Kaeya took a deep breath then turned on the radio.
"Chief? Chief, this is Kaeya." Kaeya spoke coldly.
"Kaeya? It's almost midnight, what are you doing?" Ayato sounded exhausted, but he must've been in his office still.
"I found the headquarters."
