"Kaeya," One of Kaeya's co-workers popped out of nowhere, "Mhm?" Kaeya didn't think it was gonna be anything important, so he didn't take his eyes off the paper he was working on.

"Um," His co-worker looked behind him back at the front door to the department then back at Kaeya.

"Someone's here to see you." His co-worker seemed a bit frightened.

Kaeya blinked up at him, "Who?" His eyes got softer.

"Some blonde guy...do you know him?" His co-worker's worry filled eyes made him smile kindly.

"No, no, I know him, it's fine. Thank you for telling me." Kaeya nodded at him then walked away.

Albedo was pacing back and fourth when Kaeya reached him, he stood there for a minute in confusion until he spoke, "Is something wrong?" Kaeya asked, Albedo looked up at him like he hadn't realized he was there (which was odd).

"Oh, yeah, no, I'm fine!" Albedo pushed his hair back with an uncomfortable smile. Kaeya raised an eyebrow, "Okay?" He said slowly.

"Are you okay from last night? Did you drink any water yet?" Kaeya put his hands on Albedo's shoulders, worried expression plastered on his sweet face.

Albedo pushed his hands away, "Yeah, yeah, but, could I just stay here a bit? I'd rather not be at work right now." Albedo looked away slightly.

"I don't think you can stay here, but I'll give you the keys to my motel room, you can stay there." Kaeya took the keys out of his pocket and put them into Albedo's hands carefully.

"I'll be home at 4:50, alright?" Kaeya smiled.

Albedo blinked up towards him with a bewildered look.

He felt as if someone had just punched him in that heart...but in a good way? Albedo wouldn't be able to express it into words, it was too complicated for him so he decided to ignore it.

He just smiled back and thanked Kaeya before heading off to Kaeya's motel room.

"Boyfriend doesn't have his own key to your place?" Viktor teased, Kaeya groaned and went back to work.

Albedo hesitated when he put the key in the door, he took a deep breath before entering.

He was welcomed by Leo purring up against his legs.

Albedo gently smiled and picked him up as he went inside.

Kaeya's place wasn't clean, but it wasn't exactly dirty either. Albedo closed the door with his foot and began exploring (since he never really did before).

Albedo began exploring!

It's been a half an hour now, nothing peeked his interest. He looked at the time:

3:10.

Albedo groaned and fell onto Kaeya's bed.

He turned his head, facing the closet. Wait, what was that in the closet?

What?
Albedo squinted his eyes in attempts to see it clearer.
