Guest Chapter : Happy Birthday Albedo!

8:45.

Albedo usually spent his birthday alone in his office, but this year was different.

This year he had Kaeya.

"Should I text him..?" Albedo bit his nails as he was holding his phone in his hand.

"No..no..I don't want him to think I expect him to celebrate it with me." Albedo shook his head, he thought it was a stupid idea.

Suddenly, Kaeya texted him.

[Kaeya] Hey wanna talk a walk around the city with me? I need a break from work

Albedos face suddenly lit up.

[Albedo] Yes, I'd love to. I'll be out in a few minutes.

Albedo hopped out of his chair and went straight down to the Fatui's lounge.

"You going somewhere?" Asked Dottore.

"Nowhere." Albedo smiled as he went out.

When he was outside, he saw Kaeya waiting for him.

"What are you doing? You could get caught!" Albedo chuckled softly, Kaeya stuck his tongue out and they began walking.

"So, hows my blondie doing?" Kaeya looked at him with a slight smirk.

"Oh my god, I hate that nickname." Albedo rolled his eyes jokingly.

Kaeya ruffled his hair, "You're awfully cheery today, aren't you?" Not like Kaeya was complaining, he loved seeing Albedo happy.

"How can I not be? I'm taking a walk with Kaeya Alberich right now, the most annoying guy in the L.A!" Albedo put on his sarcastic happy voice.

"Oh, shut up you!" Kaeya bumped into Albedo's side but they both ended up just laughing.

They talked, laughed, stopped in some stores and eventually it had gotten to be 11:35.

"Ooh! Look! A cupcake shop! I haven't had cupcake since I was 10!" Kaeya ran over to a the cupcake shop with excitement in his eyes.

"Oh? That would be fitting I guess." Albedo muttered.

Kaeya looked at him, "Fitting? What do you mean?" Kaeya tilted his head, he looked so cute that Albedo looked away and blushed a bit.

"Its..uh, its my birthday today so.." Words couldn't describe how embarrassing that was to say.

"WHAT?!" Kaeya shouted.

Albedo looked back to him, "Yeah," Albedo laughed awkwardly.

"WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME! Come on, we're getting you a cupcake right now!" Kaeya practically dragged Albedo into the cupcake store.

"No, no, I don't even really celebrate my birthday! You shouldn't waste money on me like that Kaeya I—" Kaeya cut him off by asking, "What's your favorite flavor?" Kaeya was entirely focused on the cupcakes.
