Two locks, two locks, two locks...
Kaeya walked through the hallways carelessly looking for the two locked door.
Here it is!
Kaeya was feeling pretty proud of himself, he didn't expect for it to be this easy to find.
Scaramouche was right, he didn't keep it locked.
Kaeya opened the door, only to be met with complete darkness.
As he went in, he called out for Albedo, but the only response he got was the door closing behind him, when he did hear the crack of the door closing he saw a silhouette of a man...he knew it was Scaramouche.
Kaeya ran back to the door and started banging on it repeatedly, yelling Scaramouches name and even some curses.
Kaeya heard someone scoff behind him but before he could turn to look he was already passed out.
"Pathetic." Childe teethed.
"Albedo, dear!" Tsaritsa called out as she entered the room with one of the Fatui members behind her (one of which Albedo wasn't very familiar with, but he knew by the looks of the outfit that the rank of the member was called a Vanguard) Albedo opened his eyes slightly but didn't bother to look up.
"I just had a meeting with Childe, and guess what!" Tsaritsa smiled, she was psychotic.
Albedo didn't want to hear it, anything she has to say is gonna be bad.
Tsaritsa lifted Albedo's chin up to look at him, she smirked and said "You'll be seeing Kaeya very soon, isn't that exciting?"
"What are you gonna—?!" Tsaritsa slipped a pill into Albedo's mouth, her face went stern as she demanded, "Swallow it."
Albedo obeyed her order foolishly.
Albedo didn't feel anything, maybe she was just trying to scare him.
"Where is Kae—" Albedo suddenly felt himself go cold for a long second, he felt his heart start pounding out of his chest and his blood pressure began to rise.
"Ma'am, I don't mean to doubt you but...are you sure this going to work?" The Vanguard asked sheepishly.
"Of course, Dottore has tested this drug on countless people. First the blood pressure rises, then the hallucinations start." Tsaritsa watched as Albedo had a panic attack, "Though, I don't think he's suppose to be reacting this much..."
"May I ask, why are you giving these to him?" The Vanguard looked over to Tsaritsa.
Tsaritsa smiled.
"Because, dogs need to be punished." Tsaritsa looked at the Vanguard with a sadistic smile.
"We should get going, the hallucinations should be coming any minute now." Tsaritsa began heading back to the door with the Vanguard behind her.
What the hell did she give me?
Albedo began to calm down a little more until he felt himself go completely numb.
He wanted to just close his eyes but it felt like something was preventing that.
"Albedo." A voice called out sounding distant.
"Kaeya?" Albedo looked up but didn't see anyone.
"Albedo, can you hear me?" The voice repeated, Albedo realized that this wasn't Kaeya's voice, it was a lady's.
What the hell is going on..?
Albedo looked around the room, breathing heavily.
"Albedo!" The voice changed from sounding distant to sounding like it was right in from of him.
Albedo jerked his head to the center, he couldn't believe what he saw.
"Mom?" He didn't know how to react, he hasn't seen his mothers face in years.
"What did you do Albedo?" His mother walked up to him, looking down at him sorrowfully.
"You're not real, it's just from whatever the fuck Tsaritsa gave me.." Albedo muttered.
"What you did was real." His mother smiled, "And now you've gone and killed someone else you loved."
"What are you talking about...I didn't kill you, and I never loved you." Albedo sharply said.
"You killed Kaeya, Albedo." His mother said, she has no emotion or facial expression, it was like looking at a 18th century portrait.
"Stop..stop talking." Albedo tightly closed his eyes as if that would make her go quiet.
"You killed him." Her voice kept on repeating.
Albedo couldn't bare to hear her voice, it was like he was being stabbed repeatedly by his past.
"Shut the fuck up!" He shouted, which shockingly made the voice stop.
Albedo calmed down a little and he opened his eyes.
The room was empty, Albedo felt more paranoid then normally.
He kept thinking he heard Kaeya's voice, but it was always just his imagination.
He began to get teary eyed as his own thoughts made him scared.
Kaeya woke up in Childe's office yet again.
"Shit." He tried pulling his hands out of the rope but it didn't work.
Childe came into the room, he stared down at Kaeya.
"You really are naive, you really thought you could trust a Fatui member?" Childe chuckled.
Kaeya groaned and looked away.
"Anyway.." Childe took out his gun and pointed it at Kaeya.
Kaeya looked back at him with wide eyes.
"Tsaritsa wanted me to kill you. They want to let Albedo out soon so he can...how do I put this? Mmm, examine you, I feel like that'd be something you'd like." Childe smirked.
"You're disgusting." Kaeya narrowed his eyes in anger.
Childe put his finger on the trigger.
Kaeya flinched, but when he heard the gun go off, he didn't feel anything.
He slowly opened his eyes to see Childe with a gun shot right in his chest.
Childe looked down at his chest with wide eyes, he looked back at Kaeya then fell to the ground.
Kaeya was just as shocked as Childe was, he looked up and saw Ayato with a gun in his hand, panting.
