Chapter 18: SEIYA POV

Over ther last few weeks I thought about the conversation I had with Ruby. I remembered the look on her face when she was taking , I could see that she was hurt. I shook my head at myself. She deserves someone better than me. I mean I've never even been in a relationship before her. I don't know what I'm doing .

I can't let this happen anymore......

I took out my cell phone pressed a name in it before putting it to my ear.
"Hey could you meet me at the park in 30 minutes?"

I sat on a bench in L.A. Central Park , when I heard foot steps approaching. I looked up to see Terra walking towards me. She was wearing a plaid button up long sleeve shirt that was rolled up to the elbows ,showing off her tattoos. Paired with jeans and some black cowboy style boots on.

I got up and smirked at her as she approached me with a wide smile on her face.

"Well howdy cowgirl." I say teasing her as I looked her up and down again.

She pretended to tip what I assumed was a cowboy hat on her head and grinned. "Howdy do sexy." She replied winking at me, her black tomboyish hair blowing in the wind. I laughed and pushed her shoulder lightly,making her laugh .

"So why'd you want to meet here?" Terra asked as we began walking .
I stuck my hands in my pocket and was silent for a minute before answering .

"Well besides wanting to hang out with you. I wanted to talk to you about a few things." I say as we walked. She looked over at me curiously

"Ok sure I'm all ears." She said softly. I sighed gently, running my fingers through my tangled bangs, not really sure how to start. Here goes nothing.....
"So remember when we talked last time and you asked me to think about something?" I hinted and looked over at her to see her looking at me with a confused look.

"To be honest that night is a bit of hazy , but we talked about a lot. Which part are we talking about exactly?" She asked with a small smile.

"Remember when you said to think about ......giving chances." I replied and she furrowed her brow in confusion before a look of realization came.

"Ok I remember and what about that?" She asked.

"Well there's some things we need to talk about but I have your answer ." I told her, bitting my lip gently. She looked over at me curiously waiting.

I stopped walking and looked at her and said my answer before I rethought this whole thing.

"Yes......yes I'll go out with you."
