Chapter 32: Seiya pov

I didn't remember how we escaped much. It became a blur and all I remember when her body stopped moving, was my eyes blurred with tears as the realization of what I had done hit me hard.

I began to sob louder and louder until it became hysterical and Sailor Moon wrapped her arms around me. I had vaguely remembered sailor moon trying to calm me down by rubbing my back when all of a sudden the building started shaking. The spell of whatever this was broken now that the caster was dead was collapsing.

"Come on Fighter we have to get out of here!" Sailor moon said pulling on my arm to pull me up.

We forced our way through some door and next thing I knew I was on my back staring at the night sky. Wasn't it daytime when we went in there? I couldn't help thinking.

My friends were hovering over me calling my name but it sounded like they was far away.

"Guys what's happening ?" Mercury  asked and Sailor Moon described all that happened or at least the parts she was conscious for. All the while I stared in a daze but I could only think I about was what I did. How I was a killer and would never forgive my self.

RUBY POV:

I pulled into Seiya drive way and got out. I knocked on the door and a minute later Yaten opened the door to let me in. When they had called to let me know they were back, I was so happy and relieved. I was worried sick about them all weekend.

"Hey Rubes."she greeted closing the door behind me.

"Hey so how did the plan go? Did it work?" I ask excitedly.

"Yeah kinda though not completely as planned." Yaten said with a shake of her head. We both went into the living room and Taiki was sitting on the couch. She smiled a sad smile when she saw me and waved.

"Do I even want to know how bad it is?" I asked sitting next to her on the couch. They looked at each other before Taiki looked at me and sighed.

"Do you want the good news or the bad news?" She replied warily.

"Good news I guess." I replied hesitant. I felt like they were stalling which only made me more nervous.

"Well the good news is no body on our end died or got hurt to bad and we did beat her." Taiki said and I sighed in relief. so that means she okay....

"That's good so what's the bad news?" I asked and they glanced at each other again. "Guys? What is it?" I say raising my eyebrow.

"Well we did find out her identity.....turns out she was uh Seiya's mother." Yaten replied quietly.

"What? Wait how!?" I stuttered out in shock and they began telling me all that happened or at least what they knew.

"Oh my god." I said completely floored with all that they told me.
"Wait you said she had a trap of her own. What did she do to make Seiay let her go?" I asked them they both looked hesitant.

"Guys." I say again.

"It doesn't matter anymore all you need to know is it wasn't someone she was willing to put in danger ." Taiki said but now I only wanted to know more.

"I can't even imagine how she must be feeling right now." I say in complete disbelief. I mean her own mother....

"She just keep saying she's fine and of course we know she's not." Taiki said and Yaten looked down.

"Right now she's trying not to think about it. Or anything at all for that matter." Yaten said shaking her head with a worried look.

I looked down for a minute and nodded before standing up. "I'm gonna go see her, maybe she'll talk to me." I say heading upstairs.
