Chapter 41:Seiya pov

It was finally here. My wedding. I was actually about to get married to Ruby Rose. I literally pinched myself when I woke up this morning. Yaten had arranged for the three of us to get mani pedis before going over to the venue.

The three of us had a dressing room to ourselves while , Ruby and her friends had theirs on another side of the club. As soon as we went inside our dressing room. Yaten immediately started on my hair, Which took almost three hours, because she added little gems to my hair to make it appear as stars.

"Don't you think that's a bit much? How am I going to get these out?" I asked as she sprayed my hair in a ton of holding spray.

"No it adds to your look and these will come out when you wash your hair." She explained as she finished up. Next she started on my makeup.

"Seiya please be still so I can get this right." Yaten complained trying to add eyeliner to my eyes.

"Sorry this is just nerve racking sitting here. How do people do this everyday?" I asked trying to stop fiddling with my fingers.

"Ruby does it all the time Seiya." Yaten explained and Taiki nodded in agreement.

"It's just a matter of concentration. Like our photo shoots." Taiki said matter of factly.

"Yeah but Ruby's a model for one. Second our photoshoots never took this long or this much work." I groaned out. I knew I was already nervous. I mean I was about to become someone's wife. Something I stopped considering was a possibility a long time ago.

"The difference is we were pretending to be boys back then so not a lot of makeup was required. Also stop complaining! Do you know how many people would kill to be in your position right now Seiya! You're marrying Ruby Rose! Just be happy you have her love unlike so many of her loyal fans." She said rolling her eyes at me as she moved to my lips. I wanted to argue that wasn't the point here but I couldn't because of the makeup being applied to my lips and also I was tired of trying to prove my point.

After she was done , they helped me into my dress very carefully. We had over an hour left before the ceremony started and it was driving me crazy. I went from tapping my heels on the floor ,to pacing back and forth with my train flowing behind my back like a waterfall. This wait also left me time to think and over analyze everything. What was I thinking?! Me getting married? That's not even part of my duty as a guardian. What if this was all wrong and I was making a huge mistake! I don't know anything about being a wife.

"Will you stop that! Your pacing is making me dizzy!" Yaten snapped putting a hand to her head and I shook my head as I paced.

"Guys this is all wrong! What do I know about marriage? I mean all I know is how I feel. This shouldn't be happening, we're supposed to be protecting a princess on a whole other planet! Why did you two let me say yes!" I accused snapping at them from nerves.

"Okay Taiki fix her or I'm gonna hurt her!" Yaten snapped back, eyes blazing from emotion, most likely hers and ours and whoever else she was feeling with her powers.

"Okay both of you calm down. Seiya you're just feeling cold feet. It's natural in this situation. Ruby's probably feeling the same thing." I paused looking at Taiki before what she said sunk in and sent my panic up a notch.

"So you think she's regretting it too! Oh god! I have to go talk to her." I said hurrying to the door only to feel two sets of arms holding me in place.

"No you can't! Here I'll go talk to her. You wait here." Yaten said looking at Taiki who nodded, before walking out the door.
