Chapter 17: SEIYA POV

I woke up a few hours later alone in my bed with the lights off and the only source of light came from the moonlight coming from the window. I got up feeling more tired then when I fell asleep and stumbled my way to the bathroom. I turned on the sink and washed my face before heading downstairs. I walked in expecting to see to see Ruby chatting with Taiki and Yaten but only saw them two eating and chatting.

"Hey seiya you're finally up. Here I made you some food." Taiki said sitting a plate down in front of an empty chair.

"Thanks." I said and sit down in the chair and start eating.

"Where did Ruby go?" I asked as I took a sip of water.

"She had to leave. She had a meeting early tomorrow." Taiki said to me while eating her food and I nodded quietly while thinking to myself. It was probably for the best. I almost kissed her......again. How was I gonna get out of this? I can't go without wanting kiss or touch her. When we were laying in my bed , I let her lay her hand on my hip and I couldn't help but run my fingers through her hair as she laid next to me. I would probably always crave her touch for as long as I live but there's nothing I could do about that.

"Speaking of Ruby . What did you two do while we was gone?" Yaten asked casually while eating her food.
I shrugged while not meeting their eyes. "Nothing. Just watched tv and talked." I replied. No way was I telling them what happened.

"Oh really? Are you sure that's all that happened?" Yaten replied back making me pause eating. I slowly turned to her and squinted my eyes.

"If you got something to say Yaten just say it." I said snidely.

"Fine . I will."Yaten snapped back .
"Yaten!" Taiki said with a warning tone and look , but she didn't respond.

"Ruby was worried about you, you know. She said you was acting strange . So instead of being snappy why don't you talk to us and let us help you." Yaten continued snapping at me and we both glared at each other .

"Guys calm down please." Taiki said sighing and got out her seat and coming over by me and laying her hand on my shoulder. "Seiya we just want to make sure you're okay. You've been you've been moody and emotional for weeks , and we're your friends,sisters. Just talk to us please." She said looking at me concerned. I looked in between both of them and sighed , while closing my eyes . I should just talk to them . They seem to know more than they are saying.

"You're right . I'm sorry I just had some doubts that's all but it's all been sorted now." I tell them

"Doubts? You mean like not trusting Ruby?" Yaten replied with a blank look. I looked over at her.
"I do trust her Yaten , but look we have both been hurt guys and sorry if I needed some closure on what happened between us and I just wanted to make sure it doesn't happen again." I say rolling my eyes.

Yaten smirked "Again? So you expecting there to be an again?" She asked in amusement.

I shook my head "That's not what I meant Yaten." I replied before getting serious. "Look I know I can trust her . In fact I always knew it's just I let someone words and opinion convince me otherwise." I say looking down feeling embarrassed all of a sudden . I can't believe I let myself get convinced that she didn't trust me.

"You should have known seiya , Ruby's been nothing but honest with you from the beginning." Yaten said in a soft voice and I shrugged and sighed. To be honest I wasn't sure about alot of things anymore .....

"If you don't mind me asking was it Terra who convinced you of this ?" Taiki asked me quietly and I bit my bottom lip hesitantly before nodding . I watched as they both looked at each other and I held my hand up quickly.

"I don't think she meant it in a bad way. She just pointed out a few things that were questionable." I told them .

"Of course she did." Yaten said snidely under her breath but I still heard it.

"Don't start Yaten I'm not in the mood ." I said starting to get angry .

"Okay, calm guys" Taiki said holding her hand up at Yaten before looking at me. "You said was all cleared up though. What does that mean exactly?" She asked me and I explained to them what Ruby and me talked about, while I finished up my food.

"Well I'm still tired I'm gonna go back to bed. Good night ." I said to them and headed back to my room. I took my shower and laid down under the covers. My mind running over what Ruby told me today. I knew for a fact that she wasn't lying to me because I felt the level of honesty and emotion in her voice as she spoke to me. That's what broke me at the end.

Hearing how she was hurt in past relationships only hurt me because I've become one of those people that hurt her myself. I stare at the ceiling as this becomes realization.

"What have I done?"
