Chapter 45:Seiya Pov

I woke up hearing the sound of some tropical birds singing outside. It was early morning with the sun just rising.
I turned my head and saw Ruby sleeping peacefully next to me, her arm limply wrapped around my waist. I smiled at my wife before slowly lifting her arm from my waist so I could slide off the bed.

I put on my robe that had been discarded last night , blushing and smiling to myself at the memories of last night. Our room was on the far side of the resort so it was a bit secluded from the other attractions the island had. I had quietly slid the glass door opened and stepped outside. The sand under my feet was slightly cold as the wind blew my hair around. The smell of the beach wafting threw my nose. I smiled as I breathed in the smell , remembering our date at the beach. If you would have asked me then would I be standing here in a paradise, with my soulmate sleeping in the room behind me, I would have said you were crazy. I chuckled to myself now thinking how fate is so unpredictable. All my life I was told my destiny or fate, was one thing and only one thing when boom , this happened. I hope fate has a lot of other good things in Store.

Ruby POV

I was beginning to wake up from a pleasant sleep and I sighed not wanting to wake up. Feeling that the mattress was empty next to me I opened my eyes to see Seiya gone. I sat up with the covers over my chest , looking around in a sleepy daze. I noticed that the sliding door to outside was open. I frowned and got out of bed and put on the T-shirt that I laid on the chair yesterday. I noticed that the side door was open and I walked to peek out . A few short feet away Seiya stood with her back to me , her hair blowing in the wind and gently wrapped in her robe. Looking at her I could tell she was relaxed , almost peaceful. I walked behind her and gently wrapped my arms around her waist , laying my chin on her shoulder. Without speaking she intwined her fingers through mine. I pressed my lips to her ear and felt a shiver run through her.

"You have a really bad habit of leaving me while I'm sleeping." I mumbled against her ear and heard her laugh. She turned around in my arms and wrapped her arms around neck.

"I'm sorry I just wanted to see the sunrise and you was sleeping so peacefully I didn't want to wake you." She said and kissed me making me smile. I gently licked her lips and she broke away in laughter.

"I'll forgive you this time but wake me up next time so I can see it too." I say staring at her. I wasn't upset really,I just wanted to be by her in every way possible.

"Ok I promise." She said kissing me again.

"Let's go back inside." I say holding her hand and pulled her back inside.

"We could order room service. I'm kinda hungry now." Seiya sad running her fingers through her hair,looking at the phone on the table.

"Well I had something else in mind first?" I say smiling to myself.

"Really what?" Seiya asked looking at me. I bit into my lower lip and bent down to quickly pick her up as I threw her over my shoulder and headed to the bedroom, Seiya squealed before laughing.

Seiya POV

After having breakfast we decided to go down to the public beach area where most tourist and locals came to sunbathe and swim. Which is what we were about to do.

"This had gotten bad idea written all over it." I say nervously as Ruby pulled me further into the beach water.
"It's not. I'm right here. I won't let anything happen to you." She replied looking back at me with a reassuring smile. Despite her efforts it only made me more afraid. I haven't been in beach water since I almost drowned. Ruby figured it was a good idea to teach me to swim while we were here.
I figured I could never go in the water again and I would be happy.
