Chapter 37:Ruby POV

I pulled up in front of Dolce and a valet immediately came up ready to take the car. I got out and walked up to the passenger side and opened it taking it, taking Seiya's hand as she smiled, before I handed my car keys to the valet. We walked hand and hand up to the entrance. I watched out the corner of my eye as she looked at the glowing white cursive sign in awe. We walked up to the host and I told her my name and she smiled as she directed us to our seat. "There will be someone to take your order shortly." She said as she handed us each a menu. We thanked her as sat and opened the menus.

"Have you eaten here before?" Seiya asked looking up at me from her menu.

"Nope my first time I was just gonna take us back to the restaurant of our first date for our anniversary but Yaten suggested this one." I said smiling at her and I watched as she took in the fine modern decor.

"Well it's definitely-"

"I know fancy." I say cutting her off with a smile and she smiled back at me.

"Right well maybe fancy restaurants are okay for things like this." She said and I watched as her cheeks turned the slightest pink. God she was so beautiful.I reached over and grabbed her hand and held it.

"I definitely agree with that." I said smiling as I stared into her eyes. She looked down at her menu.

"So what should we get? Everything looks good." Seiya said and I smiled as I looked down at my menu.

"Let's try this." I say, pointing at one of the pasta meals on the menu. Seiya nodded in agreement and closed it. A waiter came and took our orders. As we waited we talked. We shared laughs as we ate and I felt my phone vibrate and I took it out of my pocket and read the text I just got:

Yaten: everything's ready to go.
Me: ok

I looked at Seiya as she finished up her food . "I was thinking we could go walk along the beach." I suggested.

Seiya took a sip of her drink and smiled. "Sure that sounds like a great way to end the night." She said

"I think so too." I say winking at her and she smiled wider. I called for the waiter and handed my credit card over to pay for the food. I looked at Seiya as I handed it to him and she smiled. "What no disagreement this time?"  I asked jokingly and she shrugged.

"Well I could but is there really any point?" She said and I laughed at the comment.

"No I guess not." I then got up before we went through a side entrance that led to the beach outside. We stopped to take off our heels then I reached over to wrap my hand around hers. We were quiet at first as we walked hand in hand, just enjoying the smell of the ocean and the sand under our feet.

"It's so beautiful out here tonight." She said softly, looking up at the stars with a happy smile on her face.

"Yeah it is but you're more beautiful." I said looking at her and she smiled  before she looked down.

"I could say the same for you. You look amazing tonight." She told me.

"Well thank you." I say seeing something in the sand a few feet away.
This was it. The moment of truth.

"Whats that over there?" I heard Seiya ask as we got closer.

"I don't know it looks like someone wrote a message in the sand." I try to say nonchalant. "Let's see what it says."

As we walked closer we saw words spelled out:
