Chapter 8: Seiya POV

Yaten walked out my room and I stared at her shocked. It's been a while since she acted like that. I must have really hit a nerve. I began cleaning up around my room,preparing for them to come up. I wasn't lying I really did plan to be on my best behavior. I felt more stable now, I just was caught off guard by Ruby's presence when I first came in. I guess I'll admit the liquor helped settle my nerves some too. I finished cleaning up and put the bottle I had earlier back in the drawer under my clothes. I then turned on my Xbox and sighed in when I heard a knock at the door.

"Come in." I called out as I went to the app where we can buy or rent movies, when I heard my door open,but kept my eyes on the tv.

Yaten came and sat by me on my couch. "So generous of you to let us hang in your room Seiya. You rarely let anyone in here anymore." Yaten replied snidely, smirking. A witty comment was on the tip of my tongue but I decided to be nice instead.

"No problem,make yourselves comfortable." I said still strolling through movies. I was sitting on the far side of my couch and could see out the corner of my eye who sat where.

Yaten was next to me, Taiki was next and Ruby was by her. All my senses were on hyperdrive and I could practically feel Ruby's gaze on me. "Here you guys can pick something." I said handing my controller over to Taiki . As she took the controller I couldn't help make eye contact with Ruby. It's as if time slowed down as we looked at each other. I could see some emotion in her eyes. I think you would refer to it as...... longing?

I looked away biting my lip,maybe this wasn't a good idea after all. I was gonna have to ignore her the whole time she was here. It was going to be a long night.... I sighed.

RUBY POV:

God I miss her...... I think to myself as I sat on the Red L shaped couch in her room. The last time I sat here in her room ,on this very couch we were arguing about her secret. About her not telling me what was so secretive that she would risk our relationship for it. I mentally shook my head because now I knew what it was and I could understand why she couldn't tell me. I mean telling someone that you're not human,practically alien couldn't be easy. I know if it was me I wouldn't be able to either. It took twenty minutes for us to find a movie because Yaten and Taiki kept disagreeing on what to watch. I sat there smirking,amused as I watched them argue.

"Oh for freaks sake! Give me that!" Seiya scoffed out,snatching the controller back.

"Don't snatch Seiya that's rude." Taiki said sighing.

"No what's rude is you two can't decide on a movie. We'll be old and grey by time you two pick something." She stated and I chuckled while yaten and Taiki looked at each other and rolled their eyes. Seiya looked over at me and smiled, before looking away quickly. I watched as her cheeks turned red from blushing.

God I just wanted to run my fingers against her cheek to feel her warmth there. To hold her against my body and run my fingers through her hair while kissing her beautiful, luscious lips....... to hear her moan against my lips as I run my hands down her body.......

"Before we watch anything....." I heard Taiki speak breaking me out of my thoughts. Or should I say fantasy.
"We should get snacks to enjoy, while we watch." She finished.

"Why didn't you guys think of that before coming in here." Seiya replied rolling her eyes.

"Didn't think about it until now." Taiki said shrugging , and I laughed again.

"Yaten come help me gather snacks." Taiki said standing up.

Yaten had her hands behind her head in a leisurely fashion. "Why I gotta help?" Yaten whined not moving from her position.
